He is not my problem anymore. He’s an ex. He left me and came back and called me dumb, a bi**, and every other insult he could think of to bring me down. He is clearly severely hurt I left because he is always trying to have sex but at the same time he is cold to me and attacks me. I'll cut to the chase. With Musk doing the nazi salute twice during Trump's inauguration, I've decided to ban all direct links from X. Just two days ago, all was flooded with posts of him doing that action and it was disgusting. We've never had any post or comment here with links coming from X but I'm banning them regardless.
I'm doing this because there have been posts where Filipinos glorify fascism through art and behavior all because they're not informed and/or educated enough about this ideology. It's sad and frustrating to be honest.

I had gone to my clinic today as per usual to get my progesterone shots. I was talking to the nurse and she mentioned that 1 out of 3 transfers in that clinic usually turns out negative. I did my transfer 6 days ago, and along with me we were 3 of us who did the transfer. I am being very very stupid emotional and irrational right now, I feel I’d be that 1. It makes no sense I know! Hello, I am in the process of finding my furever pal. I had an aussie a long time ago and she was so amazing. Sadly, life and work got in the way so I had to rehome her with a wonderful farmer who had several aussies. Now life has changed and I need another to walk with me, play with me. Someone I can teach and lead.
I have been reading books on animal training. Watching videos and lurking here with you all on reddit. I have one big question though. Do I want a puppy who has just passed the eight week mark? One I could start training right away? Or what about one older, Three or four months to a year. I am afraid if I get an older pup there will be issues to train them out of. On the other hand I have seen some precious ones that are just beautiful. This would be the first dog in years I will be training on my own with help from puppy classes. I'm not sure I could handle a dog with bad habits. I know aussies are very smart, very energetic and will do their best to get one over on me.
I would like your thoughts on a puppy puppy or an older animal. I am almost ready to jump in the aussie waters, please help.

I'm coming on here to hopefully navigate through this terrible moment.
My girlfriend of 5 years left me recently. I was planning to propose to her in April. My family and I planned a Thailand trip. She had no idea this was going to happen.
There was a conversation that happened in November of last year that I reflected on and pinpointed as the instance that she decided that I wasn't gping to advance the relationship. We were also living at my family house for the last 2 years and she was not getting along with my mother and sister. I have been saving to buy a property and I was not close but I have enough to buy a small 1 bedroom apartment in the city.
I neglected her emotionally for the last 6 months as my amateur MMA career was really taking off and I was closing bigger deals at work. I have always been a 100 or 0 kind of person. This was all in the pursuit of being a better ,more accomplished man for her. But there is always more to being a man than just focusing on your accomplishment and your own goals.
I have also been a terrible addict to cannabis for the last 8 years. I went through some unconventional trauma that I have never dealt with and used cannabis to suppress those insecurities. But I ultimately numbed myself to the point where she had no one to connect with.
I know I still have a chance to fix this.
I hate just planting myself in despair when I could take immediate action towards my goal of getting her back.
It came as a complete shock to everyone ( both our families and friends ) when it happened. It was completely unexpected as most thought we were the perfect couple.
SO... the steps I have already taken:
- Stopped smoking cannabis the day after it happened.
- I left my MMA gym.
- I bought a couple lessons at a piano school as a way to connect with her without words or physical tough. She is an amazing piano player.
- I pulled out all my savings to get ready to move out in March. I am going to rent a place in the city where we can start our lives the right way.
- I bought a car.
This is just the start but if you guys have any questions or suggestions I would love to hear them.
