I have cleared every since peace of trash, there’s no beacons. Supposedly it’s supposed to be in n thr bottom right by that shell but I’m not seeing it lol please help

I remember that we had to put the naphta in the freezer for 24-48h to obtain the freebase crystals. Now I have Muscimole freebase (extracted from amanita pantherina) in naphta. Is there any reason why I can’t put this naphta in the freezer as well and expect some Muscimol freebase freebase crystals in 24-48h ?

Hallo zusammen,
ich spiele mit dem Gedanken mir einen Akku für mein Balkonkraftwerk (2 kWp) zu holen. Dieser könnte mit einem Shelly Pro 3EM kommunizieren und würde eine Nulleinspeisung sehr einfach umsetzbar machen.
Da der Akku bzw. WR softwareseitig auf 800 W begrenzt ist, überlege ich größere Verbraucher (praktisch alles was mit 2 kW heizt) mit einem Zwischenstecker auf 800 W Heizleistung zu drosseln.
Bei einem dummen Gerät wie UTG wird es wohl gut funktionieren, aber wie sieht es mit intelligenteren Geräten aus, also alles was Elektronik verbaut hat? Heizen die nun auch einfach länger, gibt es eine Fehlermeldung oder sind gar Schäden zu erwarten?

So I had an inspection today. Birthday yesterday worked 10 hours then got to come home and clean like mad. Had already done most of it as was emailed about it before Xmas. Thing is we are really busy at work had to shoot off for the between 1pm - 3pm inspection. Rang them at 2:40 asking if they are far away was told shouldn’t be I will find out and call you back. Rang at 2:55 to tell me they had already done it at lunch time. Had tried to call me to advise of the time change couldn’t get me but still went ahead and let themselves in for the inspection. Is this a breach ?

Hi everyone,
I've had to separate and prop my ctenanthe in water after a host of issues, so I got about 15 props in my living room atm. The leaves uncurled overnight (good sign!), and she seems to be doing really well. She was also very sturdy for several years before going through an overwatering/underwatering cycle and finally pulling the alarm signal, so I'd say she's a strong one.
How long should I leave the props in water before placing them back in soil? They've all already got established roots from when they were in soil, and I'm happy to leave them until spring kicks in if necessary but it's a lot less practical than having them in a pot! Just curious how long it should be before they acclimate and I can "shock" them with another substrate change without too much risk.
Thanks for any advice!

Well, just got my first marketplace results… let’s take a look at how the army made love to me this time. If you can’t tell by my tag, I’m a CBRN LT (by choice.. ikik mistakes were made). After being OCONUS for awhile, was excited for the opportunity to participate in a marketplace, my resume was strong and I was ready to go. 2-sided marketplace, lots of options?? Let’s do it.
Or not…. Week before marketplace opens, branch manager sends us CBRN LTs an email about needs of Army, you are getting your own marketplace and it’s shifted a month. Okay… fine, what options do we have?
Marketplace opens and it’s 90% recruiting BNs, and in pretty nice places too… fine, not the best but still better than Fort Leonard Wood.
Wrong again. Marketplace was wrong, new assignments posted, 80% are BCT XO at FLW. Okay fine there’s 13 of us and 13 slots, I can definitely compete and get one of the better assignments, right?
Wrong again. You know how we said that only pre-KD CPTs were getting a 1-sided marketplace as a trial? Yeah well so are you, sucks to suck.
Anyway I’m going back to FLW now and wanted to rant about how stupid the process was. (branch manager if you see this ik it’s not your fault I appreciate you 🙏🏻)
