You ended up dating the guy you asked me about. He sucked, to say the least. A secret, long-distance second girlfriend is the kind of nightmare cheating scenario that most women couldn’t even imagine. You disappeared from the internet when that relationship was falling apart. I missed you. And I hated that someone did that you, not because you chose him over me, but simply because he hurt you. I could never bring myself to be bitter towards you for who you chose to date, and there will never be any “I told-you-so”. I care about you way too much.
Now for the painful part where I talk about why I’m fairly certain I’m still in love with you. I spent a lot of time moving past my feelings for you, and for a while, I thought I was completely over you. I really did. But then, a few weeks ago, well… I saw you. And the feelings struck me right in the chest where I never wanted to feel them again. We hung out twice, with our mutual friend both times, of course. But the second time, when she couldn’t make it to the Museum, you suggested that we go by ourselves before meeting up with her. My heart fell through the floor.
Obviously I’ll never tell you this, but God, it felt like a date, and for a brief, blissful moment, I allowed myself to imagine that it was. When you led me around that bug exhibit, eyes lit up as you excitedly explained every aspect and detail of each insect and plant in the terrariums, I smiled at you silently in the way that I might have if we were actually in love - well, at least if we were both in love.
Am I a fool for thinking things could somehow be different now? That because we’re older and have been through so much, that maybe something could change the way you feel about me? Yes. I am. And I fully acknowledge my foolishness. But for now, before things inevitably blow up in my face once more, I’ll let myself get lost in those blue, blue eyes of yours, just for a little while.

Looking for some insight here. I started a new gig in the SaaS enterprise space toward the end of last year. It’s been going fine, but I’ve run into some frustrating territory issues with my colleague, who’s been in the role for a couple of years. Here’s the situation:
When I joined, he was allowed to keep working on a couple of deals in my territory since they were supposedly close to closing. I figured, fine—it’s a transition. But now, with the new year and new territories officially in effect, it turns out these deals are far from closing. One is actually going to market for an RFP, so it’s months away at best.
On top of that, my colleague is still working on leads that haven’t been entered into the system yet. They’re essentially holding onto them until they decide whether or not to create an official opportunity. If a deal doesn’t work out, only then do I get looped in to say something like, “Thanks for your time. Oh, by the way, I’ll be managing your account moving forward.”
These clients are in my allocated territory now. Surely the right thing would’ve been to loop me in weeks ago, no?
For context, we’re both experienced AEs, though I’m definitely the more seasoned of the two. So, this isn’t something that could be chalked up to me needing more time to get up to speed or lacking experience—it’s more about process and fairness.
There are also a lot of grey areas with how the territories were allocated (my colleague thinks he has free rein to contact a certain element of my client base) but I’ve already flagged this somewhat. I don’t want to rock the boat too much since I’m only a few months in, and we’re a small team—just the two of us AEs and a couple of SDRs. That said, the broader business is large and well-regarded, and the deals we’re working on range from $200k to $2M.
So, what’s the play here? Do I bring this up with my manager, and if so, how? Or do I let it slide and focus on building out my pipeline?

Lately I’ve been practicing awareness throughout my days and doing the guided meditations in the gateway tapes when I have the time.
I can’t help shaking that there is an indescribable deep truth in me that is slowly coming out. I ask for the truth in my dreams every night before I go to bed and these are some of the dreams I’ve had.
Living life as different people in my dreams with no recollection of my waking self. A dream inside a dream where a child’s life is ruled by the archetypes he observed through the stories of television. The last and most recent chain of dreaming shows me controlling reality with my “narrator” where a narrator is telling my story and his words cause reality to change around me like magic, my intuition tells me the narrator is myself.
I have been feeling akin to a child, remembering the symbols and coincidences I experienced as a child and the magical wonder of everything. In moments of spiritual experience, I often smell the scent of LSD (I realize LSD does not smell but I get a certain sense of taste and smell when on it).
This has been my experience lately, thoughts?

I don’t know German save a couple of words that tourists would know. However, I’ve read that due to the German language’s linguistic nature, there is theoretically no limit on how long a word is, as they essentially string word after word together and form a single word.
Theories and realities are quite different, so I wonder if there is a point when a German word would be considered too long?

Hey, guys - super excited to share how my first day went. I did my 9-5, went to the gym (almost skipped because I was so excited), came home and finally had the chance to begin my first evening trading crypto.
I got all my wallets created, security phrases stored properly, got BullX going, watched some videos once more to refresh my mind, and decided it was time to purchase some SOL and go to work.
I purchase SOL and get it on my Phantom wallet. I do a small test transfer from Phantom wallet to BullX wallet (SOL) - SUCCESSFUL. Okay, perfect. Lets do this one more time, but with enough money to get my feet wet for the night. Same process - just copy and paste the wallet link from BullX into Phantom and send my SOL. SUCCESSFUL. I check refresh BullX - nothing. I refresh a few times. Nope. I take a break hoping if I give it a few minutes, considering how weird SOL has been, then hopefully it will show up soon.
TWO HOURS LATER and still nothing. I begin to look into forums, join live streams, googling - there is nothing on this really. The only thing I got was about a dozen scammers trying to get me to join their website to resolve the issue. Ok, I began to investigate the transaction details on Solscan. I compared the previous successful transaction to the second transaction.. after several minutes I finally found the issue.
SOME HOW one capitalized letter became lower case.......... how tf does this happen when copying/ pasting the link from wallet to wallet. This has honestly just taken all the excitement and ambition out of it. I'm not giving up, but I'm not sure I feel the same about this coming into it as I did prior.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

I’m not sure if I can post it here but imma just give it a try.
Got my BTO around last quarter 2023. Did defect checks etc, all seems fine. The only changes made to the bathrooms were installing of shower glass and basin. Nothing seems to surface until last year, when I moved in and starting using the bathroom, I noticed that my bathroom tiles (HDB original bathroom tiles) started producing sandy debris even after I had wash and clean them off. The bathroom floor will produce that debris EVERY FEW DAYS.
Contacted HDB, they sent down their contractor. Upon inspection, their contractor commented that the bathroom flooring is hollow.
I’m super confuse right now. I did made some complaints to HDB, but they insist that because there are already works done to the bathroom and I’ve moved in, the warranty is void. There’s nothing I can do about it. 🫠
I just wanna ask, is this even normal?

I'm almost done with the game but already I have some thoughts about it. Also this this is my fifth Tales game. Personally however I more want to play Tales of the Abyss the most.
Tales of Grace was an OK game. Compare this with Tales of Arise, Berseria and Zestiria, it's fast paced and straight-forward. Compared to Symphonia, Aybss and Vesperia, there is not so much going on, the game does not seems to have any efforts put in into it. It was like the developers made this game on limit budget.
In Tales of Vesperia, Abyss and Symphonia, there was so many things going on and more villains. There was a lot of locations. The locations in Tales of Grace were few and meh, villains here are few on shots. While Abyss, Vesperia and Symphonia takes a long time to finish, you could finish Grace quickly. There are also more landmass in Grace you could have explored but you can't.
The story is very cliche and basic with this whole "friendship is power"
The combat is good, however I believe there are too many titles for a game like this. The cast are great as well.

Conozco a mi novio desde la prepa y somos buenos amigos, aclaro que el me gustó desde la preparatoria pero nunca dije nada ya que preferí ser su amiga hasta después de 2 años de graduarso en una salida en una noche de copas rompímos la amistad con besos y manoseos pero sin llegar a más por falta de motivación si podría decirlo así, no formalizamos nada pero aclaramos que seríamos amigos con derechos, después de eso fue normal hasta que nos volvimos a ver 5 meses y paso exactamente lo mismo, dedos, manoseo pero sin sex por qué su varita no apareció. Seguimos con nuestra vida hasta 6 meses después que por iniciativa de él me invitó a salir, extraño de el la verdad pero acepte, terminamos en un motel que todo el tiempo solo fue una forma de pasión bastante brusca que me dejaron adolorida casi una semana aún que sin llegas otra vez al sx hasta que faltaba 30 minutos para irnos fue que se rindió se relajo y pude manejarlo a mi manera que por fin eso pudo levantarse. Al terminar lo cual no duró mucho y una larga plática acordamos iniciar una relación pero desde entonces actua como si siguiéramos siendo amigos, si no lo busco el no me escribe, no me hace cumplidos, nisiquiera me tiene registrada en sus contactos, creo que para su círculo de amigos yo no existo y nuestros amigos cercanos no saben nada sobre nosotros y desde esa vez hemos vuelto a tener tenido una vez intimidad pero creo que en parte lo hizo por sentirse mal por desaparecer toda una semana sin darme alguna explicación del porque lo hizo o alguna disculpa. Si he hablado con el pero no ha ayudado en mucho, dice que soy correspondida a lo que siento pero cada vez que le digo te quiero o expreso mis sentimientos por el solo contesta "igualmente" o "¿Cuánto?".
