2025.01.23 05:13 AudioHostem DAE get random itches when they try to focus on something, like a video game, or an assignment from work or school?
I just had to get off of Delta Force because I would keep getting distracted by these random itches that would appear on my arms and head. Sometimes it happens one at a time and sometimes it happens in "groups". I can itch them but they tend to reappear in a different spot, and that spot might be two inches to the right, or the opposite side of my body. It's random, and the itches have "favorite" limbs or areas but can pop up pretty much anywhere. For context, I do have depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism. This has been a lifelong phenomenon for me, no matter how good or bad I ate or anything like that. I am 28 years old, male.
WTF is happening?

2025.01.23 05:13 lula6 Bleeding after uterine biopsy
This is my first post here, but I've read a lot of your stories and found them very helpful. I've been diagnosed with several fibroids and a bulky uterus, with the most impactful being a 5.6 cm fibroid on top of my uterus. I also have endometriosis.
The gynecologist has put me forward for a hysterectomy, which I want for a lot of reasons, and did a uterine biopsy/diagnostic hysteroscopy in the consult. It was horrible, by the way. The only pain relief they offered was to give me two balls to squeeze! And since I wasn't expecting a biopsy, I hadn't taken any pain relief.
My question is, I'm still bleeding a full week later, some weird dryish brown blood and some fresh. Should I be worried or is this normal? My paperwork says a a few days of spotting is normal.

2025.01.23 05:13 Convillious When I get awoken from a nap, I have uncontrollable panic attacks that take minutes to subside.
I'm not sure why this happens, but it started in the last year or two. I have a nap during the day on my bed or the sofa.
Whenever I woken up, even if it's just someone walking by causing me to wake up, I get jolted and sink into a panic attack really quickly. It happens when you're in that stage of waking up where you don't know what time it is, where you are, or the context of what you're doing at all.
I've done some weird stuff in that phase. I remember one time I woke up from a nap still half-asleep and I walked down stairs and talked to my Dad about cats. He got pissed and thought I was on drugs or watching "inappropriate videos" so he confiscated all my electronics. I think I was 19 at the time.
But in the last year or two, this strange new thing has been happening. I get woken up from a nap that I'm taking and all of a sudden it's like being conscious is a shock to the system. I start losing control of my breathing and start breathing really hard, heartrate goes crazy, and I have a full blown panic attack. It's really hard to go through and it drains me. I don't know if maybe underlying stress or something is causing this.

When they were setting up the sensors for the trip line, am I mistaken or did Biko and Mireya go down that cliffside to install the last one? If so, wouldn't that have defeated the purpose of having them together? I thought they were installing them closer together so that the area each covered would overlap, and possibly help them pinpoint the location of anything walking through. Having one at the bottom of that cliffside would have kept that one from overlapping right?
