With our current 3 bedroom, we are able to give the cats a room all for themselves and we keep the litter box in there. You guys have any ideas? What to do in my situation?
Hey everybody. I’m in kind of a tough situation right now. I’m a recovering addict on felony probation in two states with the possibility of early release. I’ve got just enough money to pay off one state and be released, and I could pay off the other state in a matter of 3-4 months. I’m not sure I want to do that for 2 reasons. I sometimes drink, and I’m worried that I will get a hair test for early release because the county I transferred to is very big and a county right next to this one does it. Not sure if they will since only a transfer case. The other reason is that my car seems to be on the verge of dying, and I might need the money I have as it would all go to paying off one probation. My other option is to just push through probation until September and make sure I have 90 days clean of all substances. By then, I could make monthly payments and keep my savings account in case I need to repair my car. I’d still be 3 and 5 minths out from both of my probation release dates, so technically I’d still be getting early release. Also, I’m not sure but I think the public defender would charge me to file early release and I wouldn’t have the money to cover that. What’s y’all’s opinion?

2025.01.23 05:45 Frequent_Artichoke_2 Slow DNS resolution (?) despite low ping to DNS servers
Suddenly a few days back I was noticing that my laptop was acting weird, occasionally (most of the time actually) it would take a really long time to open a webpage, like google, youtube, or anything, but loading stuff is fast, and I get high network speed tests after waiting for the long time it takes to start. After the first load opening the website again is fast, but after while if I come back it's slow again. I started suspecting that there was a problem with DNS resolution, so I tried changing my DNS to stuff like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1, but it didn't seem to do anything. I try pinging those two in cmd and I'm getting around 16ms, which is pretty low right?
I am observing that using my vpn seems to speed things up, but this can't be a permanent solution as I do gaming and I know that having a vpn on for online gaming is not a good idea.
It seems like everything is fine on other devices, such as my phone and iPad. I searched around and didn't seem to find a solution that worked for me. Sorry if this is a repeated post, any help is greatly appreciated!

2025.01.23 05:45 Rickshiesty Just started my CFI and i feel I’m in too deep
Hello, I’ve Read a lot from this sub before but never posted. Usually I’m nervous at the start of each flight course I’ve taken. But my CFI is a whole other problem, I am a UND student and I feel like I’m drowning, it’s the second week of classes and my ground school teacher is having us teach any one of almost 30 topics to the class, of which all of them I’ve learned in the past, and been able to pass tests upon tests on but almost all of them I could never teach in the next day. I feel I know literally nothing about these subjects I need to know for class and it’s making me sweat. On top of that figuring out where to hop into lesson plans and how to structure them is breaking my head, and I have spoon fed lesson plan templates from UND. Again all of this info is stuff I’ve learned and passed before, I’m a commercial pilot with a multi-engine add on. Is it normal to feel this, or is this me just now realizing that I’ve only ever been at a rote level of knowledge and I’m screwed?
TL:DR- starting my CFI is freaking me out, think I might just now be realizing I’m only at the rote level of knowledge, am I screwed?

I open Roblox on mobile, wanting to play something, and I’m hit with the login page, a little unusual but I put in my login details and it lets me in perfectly fine. I check my email and texts just in case Roblox sent me a security warning but nope nothing. Besides that, I couldn’t end up finding a game so I closed out of the app. 10 minutes go by, I open it again and hit with the same login screen? Is everyone getting logged out consistently on mobile rn? or is it just me?

I have the most current EX books queued up for when our models drop for hobby time. The renegades book, eidolon, and the new Fulgrim book.
Is the Fabius series worth reading to inform me on more EC lore? Or are they just more general Chaos as he’s not part of the legion anymore really? I was thinking of starting his series while I finish my Orks and Ultras in preparation for the EC drop.
Tl;dr - Fabius bill books worth reading for EC lore or they just for him/general CSM lore?
