My anniversary with my partner is coming up and it has me just thinking about how much I love and enjoy him. He's such an amazing person, friend, and partner and I cannot describe how grateful I am for him.
From helping me through things like realizing I was abused in my past relationship, animal deaths, deaths of family members, to stuff like just helping me clean up a small mess he does so much for me and I cannot thank him enough.
In turn I try to do everything I can for him back and it never feels hard to do or straining. Of course him being upset impacts me but I have absolutely no issues helping him through stuff. I actually enjoy it, I like making him happy and he does the same for me.
I also trust him fully with everything. From stuff absolutely no one else knows to just my phone. He doesn't know everything, I think it's impossible to know everything about someone, but he knows a lot. I also know a lot about him. Ive never had any serious doubts about his actions or stuff he's doing and if I ever need a little reassurance he's there to give proof.
After coming from an awful abusive relationship a few years ago it's so nice being comfortably loved. I wish more people could experience this.

I hate how my emotions take over me. My anxiety is so bad it often ruins my day and I tend to get lost in my own head. Im pretty chill around others and can mask it pretty well (Sometimes). I feel I can never go to people with my issues cuz I dont want them to think im just some burden. I skip school alot cuz i’ll start having panic attacks or im just so anxious over nothing. And being anxious doesnt sound all that bad but it physically makes me feel sick and shaky. I guess sometimes I just wanna talk to someone but don’t know who that someone is or if they’ll even care. Every time I mention it to someone they look at me with this look of pity on their face and it genuinely makes me uncomfy. If im not just a big ball of nerves and anxiety I get pissed over little things. Like today I spilled some boba down my shirt, now I mean this is no big deal but this genuinely infuriated me to the point where I felt like I was on the brink of tears and wanted to just scream. A lot of the times I tell myself that i’m just being dramatic as I usually have such strong reactions like this when im by myself or just towards myself. Idk what the point of this post is I guess im just done with how I feel and act. Kinda just hate myself.

Too many rounds are lost when we're up close and my opponent is sneaking quick punches in. Can barely see them and they're winning by 100 points because of this. Everytime I break out of the clinch I always have my guard up cuz I know my opponent will be throwing like crazy before we even see them. Sometimes I block them(without seeing them), other times they're connecting.
If players are only able to land punches when both of our player models are fully loaded in, then rounds will be won with a bit more skill.

I’ve been keeping my meals pretty similar because I don’t want to think too much and want simple foods and recipes my go to meals atm are leg quarters on a grill (remove bone first and then weight the meat divide meat etc)
However, my other meal is pulled pork but I have no idea how to count the macros on it For reference I bought a 4.04lb boneless pork shoulder butt blade roast it has 210 calories per 4 oz serving 14g fat 20g protein So 64.64 ounces /4=16.16 servings x 210=3500 calories /4 meals = 880 calories per meal. Which is basically perfect I try to eat 2x1000 calorie meals & then 1 cup of yogurt and some seeds comes out to 2300-2500 calories But when I cook it and remove the meat it has almost no fat on it and just the meat and I divide it into meals and all the fat is in the juice or for the most part a lot of it. Any idea how to do this?

2025.01.23 05:57 Captain_Carnar Recently gifted a car that hasn't been maintained. So, what should I do to it from here?
As mentioned in the title, I recently came into possession of a 2015 Ford Taurus (3.5L FWD) which was "given" to me by my parents to use while I'm away at university. Not sure of the mileage it had when we got it but it had 175k km when my parents passed it down to me.
My parents aren't exactly the best at maintaining vehicles, with oil changes really only done when the change oil warning got annoying enough for them to deal with it. When I got the car, its rear brakes had been worn down to the metal.
Since getting the car, it has gotten brand new brake pads/rotors and all season tires all the way around as well as an oil change. It has also been undercoated as we live in an area that gets lots of snow.
It currently needs a new audio control module as well as a thermostat replacement.
Just wondering what maintenance should be done to ensure longevity of the car. also, If there is many things that should be done, what should I prioritize?
Any help is appreciated!
