I live in a condo and my external pipes froze. They are located on the ceiling of the garage. HOA is trying to charge me since it connects to my unit. I won’t get into that on this post. But I do have a few questions on what they are telling me:
-they say the ptrap is leaking (part wrapped in black). The ugly foam was installed 5 days ago by the HOA and failed obviously to protect the pipes -what I know: my bathtub is not stopped up -also what I know: the leak only happens if I turn my bathtub faucet on. It does not leak otherwise -even though the ptrap is exposed on the garage ceiling, they want to demo the whole wall of my condo on the floor above. I have no idea why and they haven’t explained why. They say there is damage everywhere and it is catastrophic although I can’t see any water stains except the leak.
Does this make sense? I am having an insurance adjuster coming soon as well

I’ve been unemployed since September 2023. I feel like I’ve applied to every law firm in the city and have been rejected from each one of them. I was on track to getting a job with the VA but thanks to 45/47, federal hires have been frozen as of Monday. I know of at least one person who was also in the process of getting hired on at the VA who received a rejection letter due to the freeze. I have not received one yet (fingers crossed), but I feel like it may be coming.
So I’m back to applying to law firms but I feel so anxious. I know I’m going to get rejected. But if I don’t apply then it means I’m not trying…I can’t be the only one, right? I’m still in shock that I’ve been unemployed this long. I feel unemployable even with two degrees and a paralegal certificate. I feel like it’s gonna get worse with this administration. I cannot bring myself to start applying again. I feel like I don’t meet any of the requirements. This sucks!

Ignoring the currently new arc what was something you wished WC's handled better which would've helped in the long run(Try to not choose overly specific topics such as better writing for certain minor characters) or what is a idea you would do for a New arc after ASC to fix the current problems you think WC has currently?
I'll go first, after reading the entirety of the series I wished the great journey hadn't happened right after the first arc and the cats hadn't lost about 80 percent of their tradition and culture they originally had in TPB
AND OVERPOPULATION background characters are fine but if you have characters that aren't even being mentioned for several books then that's a problem, I feel like WCs has dug itself into a really big hole by not letting go of old characters and are now semi relying on them .

Hi little background knowledge. I’m 24. I was diagnosed with pcos at 19. My periods and super spaced apart so I don’t have a ton of experience, like 15 periods in my life. End of last year start of this year I started working out and watching what I eat more.
I started a period and today’s the 8th day of it. I don’t think I’ve ever had one this long before. So my question is, is this normal with pcos? If it is at what point should I be concerned? If it’s not what do I do?

Hi. I received my positive Skills assessment (VETASSESS) result last Jan 2024 where the work assessed was up to Jul 2023 with my prev employer, and I got the maximum no. of years that can be claimed (8++).
I already moved to a new company since Nov 2023 and I just submitted my EOI yesterday. In SkillSelect, I included my work experience since Nov 2023 with my existing employer which apparently is inconsistent with what’s in my VETASSESS.
Do I need to amend my SkillSelect information and align with the VETASSESS, i.e disregarding my current work since Nov 2023?
Will it still be questioned? Or not, given that the VETASSESS result already covered the max number of years?
