চা পানের এই পদ্ধতি আপনাকে দেবে কমপক্ষে চার ঘন্টার জিভে স্বাদ। মুখ সহজে আর তেতো হবে না।

The Method of Drinking Teai
Pour one and a half cups of water into a kettle.
Add two teaspoons of Ispahani tea leaves into the pot.
Boil for five minutes at maximum temperature.
Take a cup.
Add one and a half teaspoons of powdered milk.
Add one teaspoon of sugar.
Stir well.
Now take a sip.
This method of drinking tea will provide at least four hours of flavor on your tongue. Your mouth will not easily feel bitter.

 | Hello all! I have had this weird rash like stuff on my feet for a handful of months now. I started back in may just around one ankle, initially I thought it was chiggers. However, as you can tell it’s definitely not. It itches like crazy and seems to now form little blister and spread rapidly within a month or two, it used to be just raised little bumps. This is all completely new and I will more than likely go to a dr soon about it but just wanted to hear some others experience with this. I have some basement walls that I just had quoted and the price seems high to me.
This is for a currently unfinished basement area. All of the walls needing drywall are currently framed. I'm only looking at having the walls done and will consider installing drop ceiling myself in the future. The foundation is on a slope so some of the walls needing drywall heights vary. The contractor quoted me $2450 for the following work, indicating they would install the drywall vertically.
I have the following lineal foot segments at the noted heights: 25' at 5' high 11' at 7' high 30' at 8' high 23' at 9' high This totals about 650sf. There are 5 inside corners, 3 outside corners, about 20 outlet boxes, two doorways and one window. There is a wide stairway directly from the garage to this basement room for delivering the drywall.
His quote comes in at about $3.77 per sf which seems to be at the high end from what Inread on here. I was expecting that the price would be more affordable due to there being no ceiling to tape in.
