Hi all, I've had trouble finding a way to manage my energy. I've cut out junk food, go to bed early, take breaks regularly. And I feel a lot better, but still tired when I wake up, and don't get out of bed for about an hour. I'm only 36, live a low-stress life. I just feel like I shouldn't be this tired. I woke up tpday just wanting to get away from my cat.
Before I ask my cats to not sleep with me for a bit, has anyone had success with this? There's way more information on sleeping with people than sleeping with pets on the internet, so that's interesting.

2025.01.23 13:10 FreljordsWrath What's stopping Raphael from taking the Crown from Gale?
I'm not too well versed in DnD Lore. Maybe the reason for this is very simple, and I just don't know it.
If you don't sign a contract with him and leave him alive, why doesn't he just show up after the final fight and take the Crown from the bottom of the sea before Gale gets to it? Why does he need a contract?
Raphael is not a God, he's a Cambion. He's not bound by any oaths or will of an elder God, is he? He can interact with mortals at will, can't he?
I'm guessing the reason Raphael doesn't fight the Elder Brain himself is because he doesn't want to aggro 3 Gods of Death all at once, so he waits until their missionaries are all dead. But what's stopping him after that? Mystra surely can't intervene, can she? Is he scared of Elminster Wishing him out of existence?
Is this just an oversight for gameplay purposes, or is there a logical explanation for this? If was the DM and you didn't do House of Hope, you can bet your ass Raphael would show up the instant the Elder Brain died to collect the Crown.

2025.01.23 13:10 Hefty-Offer6271 I’m doing a 2k test tomorrow morning that can basically make or break how many regattas I can qualify for my uni team. Tips?
Currently as it stands I am the worst erger on the team- my split for a 6k is 2:19 and although I'm a lot faster on the water and my technique is one of the most polished, I want to prove that I can hold my own for the 2k season.
I tend to struggle most with the mental aspect of erg tests: I see the amount of time left/my split, get discouraged, and slow down to ease the pain. I have really decent leg strength and kind of poor endurance. Tips on how I can bring my split down?

2025.01.23 13:10 Awkward_Captain2030 How to increase your breast size
I am a 24 yr old sissy with massive milkers. You have probably seen my posts on reddit if you like guys with tits, or even of you only like girls. Being fat contributes highly to my ginormous milkers, but I use a handful of techniques to perk these jugs up even more.
1- Wear a bra/blouse or better, both. Pull whatever boobs you have from out from the front of the bra, gather all the fat you have in that region, and pull them out, while being comfortable. They might feel a little tight, but over a few minutes, they will take the shape. Wear a blouse over them if you want to. You can even pull them out of the blouse as well, to give them a final push.
2- Use rubber bands - I like to use binder clips and bobby pins on my nipples for fun. Recently I discovered on a nipple torture sub that you can loop a rubber band around both of them to pull the boobs closer. Giving your breasts a more natural and feminine cleavage. You can gradually add multiple rubber bands to bring them closer. Make sure that the bobby pins are secured deep into the nipple, and the open end is pointing inwards for both. You can add a binder clip on the nipples to secure them even more.
3- Tie a knot - I wear a peticoat while dressed up. Sit down on your bed, cross legged, and pull it all the way up over your boobs, gather all the fabric from the front over your boobs, while the back end is held under you, and tie the knot really tight. You can further pull your boobs to the front to perk them up even more.
Disclaimer - These methods are meant to be used only for a small time, while you pleasure yourself and take some photos and videos. If you think its too painful, don't do it. I have developed these methods over time, slowly pushing my own boundaries.

2025.01.23 13:10 FinnbarGale Vent Falling Out Of Wall
A few vents in my home have loose screws that are causing the vents to fall out. The hole in the drywall has been widened to a point where I can't put the screws back in they just pop out and can't hold the vent. What's the solution here? Do I need to drill through the metal vent to make a new hole or can I make the current hole able to anchor the vent again? Thank you!
