Hey guys, I'd love to hear your favorite/most effective supplements for improving memory. I am a college student and have a pretty loaded semester, so anything that could help me retain the information I'm consuming more effectively would be nice.
Would like to clarify, sleep and diet is solid. Frequent exercise as well. I have tried ND's "cognance" bacopa, which made me a bit foggy/tired, lion's mane gave me anhedonic/depressive symptoms, and I have some dihexa oral solution on hand, but I rarely take it as I believe the DMSO it is suspended in gives me a bad smell. (If you know how to combat the smell please let me know, I don't wanna give up on that stuff but every time I've taken it friends have told me I smell weird lol)
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. A boost in working memory would be nice too, but that is not currently my main concern. The classes I'm taking are primarily psychology/neuroscience classes, so I don't need to solidify many mathematical procedures and things along that line, if that makes any difference. Mostly just memorizing studies, brain regions, stuff like that. Thanks guys.

I’m moving to a new flat soon and will finally get to buy my own furniture - exciting! But there’s a dilemma that’s been bugging me. My cat, my little fluffball, loves hanging out under the couch. It’s his go-to spot for naps, playtime, or just chilling in his own little space. Sometimes, if he gets scared or overwhelmed with too much cuddle time (yes, there is such a thing for him), he retreats there to decompress. It’s his happy place.
Now here’s the problem: I’ve found the perfect couch for me—stylish, cat proof material, comfy. Basically everything I want, but it has no space underneath. I can’t stop thinking about how sad it would be to take away his under-couch haven. I’m considering making up for it by getting a bed with space underneath, but would that really be the same for him?
This whole situation got me thinking: what’s the general consensus about hiding spaces under furniture? Are they good or bad for cats? I’ve heard of people purposely blocking them off. I wonder if letting him use these spaces could encourage avoidance or prevent him from being more social.
For context, he already has plenty of other cozy spots: a cat tree, a hammock, cat tunnel, a little cat “house” with a top perch, and even his carrier. He’ll also randomly nap in an empty (clean!) litter box. He sleeps on the couch or bed with me also, so it’s not like he’s lacking options.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Please help me figure this out!
