2025.01.23 19:02 Lifes_tough6694 Someone please tell me this breed is worth it
I have currently a 7mo regular aussie boy and yes he’d adorable and really smart and all that but other than that I don’t really see any “benefits” of having this breed for all the cost it comes with. Like I am more than willing to provide all the physical and mental stimulation needed, we attend training classes, and I want to even compete in dog sports that I’ve started training him for but he is driving me CRAZY. I know he’s still a puppy but will he ever chill out? Let me chill for 5 minutes without constantly needing something? Want to just cuddle maybe? Walk normally? Stop being distracted by everything and anything? Stop going bananas for other people and dogs? I’ve heard that this breed is wonderful if their needs are met but I just don’t see any of the “wonderfulness” yet besides him being super trainable. Other than that he literally drives me insane. He is just a whole lot of adhd rn. Please tell me how your adult aussies are and what you love about this breed bc I love this little guy to death I am just exhausted and need reassurance that all the training, time and effort will be worth it one day.

Cut from 214 (lost the first month’s photo) down to 190 over the course of ~3.5 months. Then slow cut down to 178 over another 4.5 months.
I’m now trying to do a slow clean bulk for the next 12 weeks or so. Any areas i should focus on? Legs not shown but current deadlift is 425lbs

I want to explain the situation regarding why I want to remove one of my bridesmaids: 1. She has repeatedly referred to my fiancé as her boyfriend. 2. My fiancé and I always end up paying for her, and she never offers to pay for her share. 3. When she’s at my house, she expects us to provide lunch or dinner for her. 4. She invites herself to stay over for 3-4 days at a time and insists on sleeping in my room. When I ask her to sleep in another room, she refuses. 5. She lies frequently. 6. She decided, without my permission, that she would give a toast at my wedding. 7. She asked if she could wear a champagne-colored dress to my wedding. 8. She lies frequently (yes, I had to mention this twice).
I didn’t fully realize all of these issues until she once again referred to my fiancé as her boyfriend, and I couldn’t hold it in anymore. I spoke to her about the situation, but instead of apologizing, she said, “Sometimes I say things without thinking; next time, let me know.”
Honestly, I don’t want her to be part of my bridal party anymore, though I’d still like her to attend the wedding as a guest.
How can I let her know that I don’t want her in my bridal party? She says I’m her best friend, but I don’t feel the same way.
