What’s the average # of sick days a nanny (normally) takes in a year? And how do you manage the pay around this?
Our nanny calls out sick once a month on average. This seems incredibly high to me. To date we’ve paid the sick days but I think we need to change our approach because it seems we’re getting taken advantage of.
Any insight / recommendations / other examples would be helpful. TIA.

I’m working on a web scraper for online marketplaces (FB, NextDoor, Craigslist, OfferUp) in the US that pulls public data on newly listed items so users can be the first to see them. The idea is to help people snag deals before anyone else does. I flip cars on the side and had this idea because I miss about 70% of the cars listed because I'm too slow.
I’m almost done with development and should have an MVP (minimum viable product) ready in about a month. When it’s ready, I’d love to have some of you help beta test it and give me your feedback.

I'm a manager, as well for context. Currently, I'm a hybrid employee with 2 days remote, 3 days in-person. Next week on one of my remote days, the office is having an in-person meeting where all employees are asked to sit together in one room and watch a pre-purchased webinar. When I asked my manager if I can watch that webinar on my own on my remote day using the same link, I was told that it was important that I come in and watch the webinar with everyone else. I know that I have to come in and do as required, which I've since confirmed that I'd do. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can ask my manager the reasoning why the physical location of me watching the video is relevant? Or any other suggestions on how to handle this situation? Tia.

It just switched yesterday (Wed Jan 22), and its saying I opted for the routine service. So at this point am I waiting 4-6 weeks again? Or should I get approved sooner than that? The issue was my photo and that's it so nothing serious. Also, does anyone know at this point in the application if there's a chance at them denying it or putting it on hold? Or do they usually check for things like that at the beginning of the application process when you first submit your application?

I recently ran my heat for the first time this winter and felt sick afterward. I'd dealt with mold in the past and the sort of headache it brought felt the same as when I used to get sick from mold.
I noticed black spots on my vents the next day, so I put bleach on a paper towel and wiped a spot of it and it didn't ball up, it soaked into and stained the paper towel.
I told my apartment complex and they sent the maintenance guy up who just cleaned the vent cover and said there's no mold.
I opened it up myself and took some pictures inside and those are the pics on this thread. The first picture has a wall in the vent speckled in black. Does this look like mold to anyone?

(Female, 22, 1.70, 60 kg, I dont smoke, dont drink, dont take any kind of medicine or drug)
Like two days ago I started with a sudden heart pain that only occured when I breathed deeply or moved my left arm too much. It had appened a few times before to me, but it usually dissapeared later or the next day.
This time, it has only gotten worse. Today it hurts when I inhales, when I exhale, when I move both arm, when I bend down, every movement feels like it's pulling my heart.
Yesterday I searched online, it said that it was probably inflammation and that it usually wore itself out but, like I mentioned, it only got worse today.
Is it worth waiting to see if it dissapeares tomorrow? Im deathly afraid of doctors but Im gettint worried about the pain.
