Hey Leute!
Ich weiß gar nicht, woher dieser Gedanke so richtig kommt aber mittlerweile gehe ich gute 7 Monate zum Sport, war über Weihnachten 2 Wochen krank und die haben mich gefühlt gut zurückgeworfen. Anyway, jedes Mal wenn ich zum Training gehe, spielt da immer dieser hässliche kleine Gedanke im Hintergrund mit von wegen, schaffst du auch alle Reps heute oder hast das Muskelversagen erst am Ende vom 3. Satz?
Und wie der Zufall es so will, war heute wieder komplette Scheiße. An der Brustpresse mit 73 kg beim 2. Satz schon ordentlich am Kämpfen gewesen und beim 3. Satz war nach 5 Reps einfach Schluss, es ging einfach nicht über die Mitte hinaus. Beim Butterfly am Ende ein ähnliches Bild. Und sowas nervt mich dann immer mega am Ende vom Training, weil ich nicht das Gefühl habe, so Fortschritte zu machen wie es sein sollte oder ich es können sollte.
An der Schulterpresse habe ich vorhin auch gemerkt, dass meine linke Schulter nicht dieselbe Arbeit leistet wie die rechte, ja zum Schluss gefühlt komplett versagt hat und ich primär mit rechts gepusht habe. Ich meine, dass die linke Schulter auch niedriger ist als die rechte, aber kp ob das eine Rolle dafür spielt.

Hi everyone. I’ve been riding the latest gen ENVE SES 4.5 wheelset for a year and I’m overall happy with their performance. The only issues I’ve had with them were a spoke blowout during a descent and decals peeling off.
I’ve recently had an opportunity to get a very good deal on Roval CLX II wheels and I pulled the trigger.
I want to keep one of the wheel sets and sell the other. What are your thoughts on these two? Does anyone have direct experience with both and can share?
About my riding: 90% in a flat area with occasional trips to mountains. Training and racing. I mostly run 28mm tires but recently gave 30mm a try. 79kg weight.
I like that Rovals are hooked and have a good warranty that I can claim globally, also sourcing parts is super easy. ENVEs seem to be more modern (eg wider internal width), but in my area the dealership is not great and I can imagine warranty / service issues in case something comes up.
