Hey, I'm trying to get all Pokemon for my Living Dex, but u fortunately I don't have a copy of Pokemon Channel / Ruby Sapphire to get Jirachi. Apparently the infamous TV game isn't compatible with Emerald either.
So only option without cheating would be the Pomeg Glitch?
Afaik I know I have to get the ingame trade Seedot and Plusle for this, and distribute a certain amount of HP/ATK EVs onto them for Jirachi.
This would be 201? So how am I going to split them to make it work?

Hey y’all. As the title suggests, I’m trying to switch up my career from “fundee” to “funder.” Since college I’ve been fortunate to move up in development from intern to manager, and I’ve banked nearly six years of experience.
The fundraising burnout is real. I fundraise for a grantmaking organization and had the opportunity to participate in the process after a recent natural disaster, and found so much more fulfillment from giving away grants than writing for them/soliciting donors.
This natural disaster has also made me realize how much I want to move back to my home city—really missing my community, friends, and family after being gone almost three years.
I’ve been applying to any opening I see at foundations since November and haven’t had any luck. I’m trying to stay optimistic and network, keep searching/applying, etc., but I feel like the clock is ticking and I’m hoping to land something soon so I can move home before my lease is up in June.
Just wondering if anyone’s made this kind of jump before, or if anyone has general advice. I’d like to avoid making lateral career moves if I can out of desperation, but not gonna lie, starting to feel a little desperate. Thanks in advance!

I should have asked before buying, but I fear that ship has sailed. Just ordered a direct thread adapter (this one: https://diligentdefense.com/product/ti-direct-thread-adapte) to try popping an already owned (but not flow-through) suppressor onto a new mini-14. At this sub’s suggestion, I also ordered an adjustable gas block, but am wondering if it was dumb not to just spend the money on a flow-through suppressor designed for a high-gas firearm. The suppressor I’m hoping to use is one I have on a bolt action, and it works great there (but there’s no gas issue to contend with).
TL;DR: Direct-threaded, non-flow-through suppressor OK on mini-14 as long as I use an adjustable gas block?

I’m leaving my current job soon, and I want to take my Lightroom library with me since work is cool with it. Does anyone know if it’s possible to transfer everything—edits, presets, catalogs, etc.—from my work computer to my personal one?

 | I drive a 2016 Tiguan R-Line, and found this dangling out the front of the grill, and seems to be connected on the driver’s side. The only issue with my car I am experiencing is that my driver’s side headlight has been out for a while. The bulb isn’t burnt out (replaced it twice to double check), so there is a bigger problem at hand. Could this be related? I read on the xbox subreddit that gaiden black 2 is just 1 AND 2 remastered? Is that true or should I play sigma 1, then gaiden black 2 then razors edge 3?
Also, is the new gaiden black a full remake? 85gb is crazy compared to 4gb

Hello all, I’ve used Reddit for a few years doing research on different things but this is my first post! I run the marketing for a home improvement company (baths, windows, roofs). This year we are finally diving into Inbound leads/lead aggregates and I’m looking for some direction!
I have researched a ton and come up with a list of 15 companies that I am interested in but everyone seems very similar but very different at the same time haha. Does anyone have any recommendations or guidance for me? I’m getting overwhelmed with all these zoom calls and information. I’ve got a starting budget of 10k per month, looking for a 12% cost (10k spend -> 84k net)
I’ve used modernized & Home Buddy so far.
Modernized- bad quality leads, lots of DQs and finance rejects- above a 25% cost. We have dropped them as clients
Home buddy- good quality, good sale rate. 9.8% cost. We have double our budget with them
