Muss eine Freundin ein Video auf ihrem privaten Instagram sofort löschen wenn der Betrieb das will?
Eine Freundin hat mir beiläufig erzählt, dass sie auf social media vor kurzem ein glückliches Händchen hatte und ein Video recht viel traffic generiert hat (nach 5 Tagen 80k views). Nun wollte sie ein bisschen mehr machen und hat 5 weitere Videos hochgeladen, die auch ganz ok laufen (im Bereich 10-50k views - 1 ist bei 150k views.)
Sie hat Spaß.
Nun das Problem: In einem der Videos sind Ausschnitte aus einer Unterrichtsstunde. Es wird kurz über Papier gefilmt, 1sec wie sie in die Kamera guckt, aber auch 1,5 Sekunden in der 2 Personen in die Kamera posen (in der Pause aber es könnte angenommen werden es wäre während der Stunde passiert, so schnell wie das Video geschnitten wurde)
Es ist ein Tagesvlog über 1 Minute und davon nimmt die Ausbildung am Anfang 20 Sekunden ein. Es ist nicht zu erkennen welche Schule das ist, niemand anders außer 2 beste Freundinnen sind auf dem Video zu sehen. Gegen sie spricht meiner Auffassung nach nur, dass während dem Unterricht gefilmt wurde.
Sollte sie sich den Ärger machen und das Video wieder online stellen oder Schwamm drüber? Sie wurde von der Schulleitung aufgefordert das Video zu löschen und hat dies getan.
Zusätzlich: Eine der Lehrerinnen war eng mit ihr und hat den Schul-Instagram mit ihr verwaltet. Dafür zeigte die Freundin auch ihr Gesicht und ist heute noch auf dem Account zu sehen. Darf sie das löschen fordern? Sie könnte sich vorstellen, dass die Lehrerin sie bei der Schulleitung gemeldet hat, weil sie keine Zeit/Lust mehr hatte den Schul-Account zu betreuen.

It's been 3 days since I found out my beautiful Ruby drowned in the next door neighbours water tank which he didn't close (we live in an estate). She went missing the day before and we had no idea what had happened. I left work on Monday morning after my mom called to say my Dad had recovered her body. I cried like I've never cried in my life. The bond we shared was so incredible. She loved me and I loved her, unconditionally. She would snuggle up on my chest and run after me all over the house. My little side kick. She was 2 years old when we adopted her in 2023, along with her sister. She became quite skinny over the last couple of months and it was discovered she had a malformed kidney, since birth. We had a plant to manage it and everything was looking okay. The pain and devastation my girlfriend and I feel is unbearable. Like our world has gone dark. I've never experienced grief to this extent. I know every day will get easier but it hurts so very much. I love you forever my Ruby.

2025.01.23 20:51 Solarat1701 Old School Essentials -- Motivating Players to Keep Retainer Alive

I've run into a problem in my OSE games. The mechanics of the game incentivize the players to get the retainers killed in the dungeon so they don't have to pay them a share of the treasure, so the PCs get to keep all the gold and XP for themselves. Now, they haven't been murderous bastards and slit the retainers throats or anything, but I still feel like it creates a narrative problem when the main characters just keep grinding through hired help. How can I get the game to encourage them to keep retainers alive?
The first thing I've tried is making them essentially post a bond on the retainers life of 50 gp per level. They post it with some local authority, and get it back if the retainer comes back alive. If they die, it goes to their next of kin. But as they started to get more and more gold as they leveled up, this became a non-issue. I could adjust the price in future.
Or perhaps the retainers could still earn their share for their families, even if they die. This is a bit harder to justify, since they're not doing any work once dead.
What other things have you folks done to encourage keeping retainers alive?

So the entire context is something like this,
I've two jobs let's say JobA and JobB, now JobA performs some kind of scanning part and then uploads the SAST scan report to AWS S3 bucket, once the scan and upload part is completed, it saves the file path of file uploaded to the S3 in an environment variable, and later push this file path as an artifact for JobB.
JobB will execute only when JobA is completed successfully and pushed the artifacts for other jobs, now JobB will pull the artifacts from JobA and check if the file path exists on S3 or not, if yes then perform the cleanup command or else don't. Here, some more context for JobB i.e., JobB is dependent on JobA means, if JobA fails then JobB shouldn't be executed. Additionally, JobB requires an artifact from JobB to perform this check before the cleanup process, and this artifact is kinda necessary for this crucial cleanup operation.

Now the issue I am facing with the above gitlab CI example template is that, I've created two scheduled pipelines for the same branch where this gitlab CI template resides, now both the scheduled jobs have 8 hours of gap between them, Conditions that I am using above is working fine for the JobA i.e., when the first pipeline runs it only executes the JobA not the JobB, but when the second pipeline runs it executes JobB not JobA but also the JobB is not able to fetch the artifacts from JobA.
Previously I've tried using `rules:delayed` with `start_in` time and it somehow puts the JobB in pending state but later fetches the artifact successfully, however in my use case, the runner is somehow set to execute any jobs either in sleep state or pending state once it exceeds the timeout policy of 1 hour which is not the sufficient time for JobB, JobB requires at least a gap of 12-14 hours before starting the cleanup process.
