I just bought my first running vest, the Salomon adv skin 5 (old model). It was on sale but only in large, but the size measure recommendations say Iām a medium.
I have about a 100cm chest radius without clothes. Measures for large are minimum 103cm.
My question to you people with a lot more experience than me, is using a one size up running vest going to hurt me in the long run? As a student, it being on sale is an important factor for me. But will a slightly larger vest cause trouble? Please resonate with me on if itās worth it or not.
