I’m on Day 2… when does the depression go away?! I’m currently going through a breakup from a 4 year (1.5 year engaged) relationship so the depression is already there but going into today I feel the most depressed and anxious I’ve felt in years. I just feel like I’m floating in life right now and have no motivation to do anything it cry and lay down. How long did it take others to stop feeling depressed and anxious? The temptation to hit the dab pen is fucking real right now.

He'll leave them in a pot and heat it in the pot. Then leave that pot to chill for another 1-2 days and continue eating from it. Same with rice, which I've read can be deadly. It scares me so much lol.
I don't want to preach to him and be a mom because I've been on him about cleaning the past few weeks but I also don't want him to die.

i dont know if its allowed but i couldnt find any recent post about it, i queued for a match but the menu said 3 players in queue and when i tabbed all the names were generic bot names? is the NA server dead? or what's happening? i was really excited to play the game again but I'm not sure anymore.

Seen it with games like Ragnarok online, where all the old content that was cool to see/do is killed instantly with 0 threat to the player. Ragnarok Online is just 1 shot every boss with infinite lifesteal and unkillable god powers.
Rs3 is just like this at this point. Where all they do now is sell the nostalgia and throw balance out the window by making boss pets of iconic bosses (like telos minions) or removing the clue scroll cap (instead of adjusting the scripture of bik to not go over the cap).
Idk. Just thought I'd say.

2025.01.23 21:10 Traditional-Care-87 What causes the low conversion of dopamine to norepinephrine?
I have been diagnosed with ADHD, and when I take medications that increase dopamine, even the smallest amount makes me manic, and my impulsivity and stereotyped behavior worsen.
However, when I take medications that increase norepinephrine, all of my symptoms improve immediately.
(Strangely enough, I also suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, and when I take medications that increase norepinephrine, not only my ADHD but also my chronic fatigue syndrome improves.)
In this case, is it possible that my ability to convert dopamine to noradrenaline is low?
Also, is there a way to increase noradrenaline other than simple reuptake inhibition? (I'm thinking of taking noradrenaline precursors and SaMe, but do you think that's a foolish idea?)
The medication that works dramatically for my ADHD is Nortriptyline. Then there's Imipramine. But both of them significantly extend my QT at around 5-10mg, so I can't continue using them.
Also, Cymbalta was great for my ADHD for the first two months, but now I only feel the effect of serotonin and I have no motivation at all.
Even more strangely, Atomoxetine had no effect at all. I have a tendency to have difficulty metabolizing drugs that involve cyp2d6. (So I'm considering a noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor other than Atomoxetine, but Qelbree and Reboxetine are not sold in Japan.)
And even more strangely, Lamotrigine and Clonazepam improve my ADHD (I usually don't have any anxiety symptoms, and people point out that they might be working on anxiety, but that's not the case at all.)
I'm happy to have some hints for improvement, even if it's just a partial answer.
When I take Nortriptyline, my noradrenaline level increases, my visual function improves, communication becomes smoother, and I can do what I need to do calmly. It's a real shame that I could have continued if I didn't have heart problems.

2025.01.23 21:10 BurninateDabs Is Snapshot from Progressive a good/bad idea for delivery drivers?
I just signed up for Progressive and signed up for Snapshot, the mobile app one. I made 4 trips today and it already has phone usage on there the 2 times I clicked next on a song.
It got me thinking while I do delivery for things like doordash I imagine it would become a massive pain in my ass getting dinged for phone usage.
It said my rate increases to 63.63 pee month, but when I go to the payment schedule it shows $86. Not too sure if that includes the renters insurance premium in there but I don't think it does.
I can opt back in for snapshot, but I also don't want my rates to increase come time for renewal.
Wwyd in my situation?

I am looking for a new uninsulated shell. I am only 5', but have large hips & ass (don't have the exact measurements, but usually a size Medium/ 28 in pants). All the jackets I have tried on so far are cut too narrow at the hips, so as a consequence, they are tight & would ride up while skiing. This is the issue with my current jacket (Trew brand from several years ago, Size Small) that I am trying to replace. If I size up, then the torso & sleeves are way too long.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a brand that is cut wider at the hips?

 | I’m not sure what causes it but it happens so much. I can’t do any abilities. I can only walk, jump and climb. I can’t even open chat and type to let my teammates know it happened. To make matters worse the game will kick you for inactivity because you can’t do anything. So you have to rely on your teammates acting quickly to revive you once you die. I say quickly because the game will still very much kick you even after you’re already dead and spectating a teammate. Why? I don’t know. The only saving grace is that you can notice it while you’re picking where to land and can type in chat to warn your teammates. Once the game starts, you won’t be able to do that. My niece started a family tree on ancestry. She's been able to find a wealth of information about my maternal grandfather's family but nothing for maternal grandmother's side. Currently we have my great grand father's name,-Geoge Aiello,birth approx. 1869 Palermo, Sicily, died in 1932 and was shown to be on a 1920 Pennsylvania census. We believe his second wife was, Christine/Christina Galec(misspelled?) born in Austria approx 1895 and died in Pennsylvania around 1927. We cannot locate birth certificates or marriage certificate for them. We also cannot find her death certificate. Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for finding foreign birth and marriage certificates? Thank you!
