I don't see anything about the pay raise coming this April on the DFAS website, let alone a pay raise for E-5s. Military.com says only E-1 through E-4 will being getting the additional raise, but Navycs.com shows that E-5 will being a pay raise as well.

Hi all!
I'm in the process of migrating my children's TD e-Series into ETFs. To do so, I am opening a new Direct Investing account to start the process.
Right now the way it's set up for the eSeries is that there is a separate "Mutual Fund RESP account" for each child. Pretty simple where each child has their own funds & balances.
However upon opening the new direct investing account, I notice that it's all under a single "account", as it's not separated by child. During the application, I had to set an "allocation percentage" for each child, where I set it to 50/50, so if I were to make a $1K contribution, it goes into the one account, but it's "split" based on the allocation percentage (in this case, 50/50).
This is a bit difficult for me to wrap my head around. Is this normally how Family RESPs work? It makes sense to me that each child would have their own account. If one of my child were gifted a sum of money, I would like to contribute to that child, not have it shared?

I’ve ordered MSI MAG274QRF-QD E2 6 times in total—4 directly from MSI's website and 2 from other retailers—and every single unit had major defects. The most common issues were dead or stuck pixels and severe backlight bleed, especially in all four corners. The most recent unit also had a defective subpixel (green in dark scenes).
To make matters worse, the power supply produces noticeable coil whine, which is extremely distracting. On top of that, the response time isn’t sufficient for a smooth experience at 180 FPS (worse than it's predecessor), making it unsuitable for competitive gaming.
For a monitor in this price range, these issues are completely unacceptable. MSI needs to seriously improve their quality control. Definitely cannot recommend this product to anyone.

My cooling pad just arrived, I found that in smart fan curve mode, fan speed is not linear, it is always fixed at the speed of next node you set. For example you set an interval 50-60 degree, 1000RPM-2000RPM, if your temperature is 55 degree now, fan speed will fix at 2000RPM. Is that a bug or feature?

In the case of ‘regional champions’, I’m going to be including all champions that we battle in the series, including those that started out as rivals. So Blue, Hau, Nemona and Kieran are all up for consideration here. In Kieran’s case, I’m also envisioning that Blueberry Academy gives out Unova starters much like how Naranja/Uva Academy gives out the Paldean starters, so when submitting one for Kieran, keep the suggestion between Emboar, Samurott and Serperior. Finally, since Lance is champion of both the Kanto and Johto regions, feel free to suggest one starter from both of those regions for him (for me, it’s got to be Charizard and Feraligatr).

I’m in the process of designing my beardie’s new background, so I’m just in the planning stages now.
I’m currently using Australian sand but my boy loves to dig and while the sand is pretty and natural looking, it’s not the best consistency to burrow in. I have play sand and excavator clay also.. would just mixing them all be a good consistency or am I missing something?
Also, I read somewhere you can clean sand that you use for substrate.. what’s the process to do this? Rinse and bake? How often would I want to do this? I’ve had the current sand in there for a few months (luckily his favorite pooping spot is his salad bowl 🙄 so the sand has stayed pretty clean except for some skin shed and a random but carcass here and there). The sand is like $50/bag so I’d like to keep it for as long as possible even if it’s annoying to clean 🙃
