 | My 300D doesn't have a sunroof and I'd like to install one, as I do enjoy them a lot. I was wondering if anybody here have any experience with installing an modern aftermarket sunroof in a w123 (think webasto, etc) Yeah, I know 'it will leak', 'don't do it', etc, blanket statements, but honestly, I have had many cars with sunroofs, and none have leaked. Including my old w123 (it had a manual sunroof). I do enjoy having one, and I wanted to see if anybody here has had experience with installing one in an older car. What extra precautions should the installers have, since it is an older car? Thanks!! Ps. There is not much info out there. Spouse and I recently got married and are looking to consolidate finances. We have managed the basics and, now that we are into the new year, are looking at investment accounts. I have a 401k (employer), Roth (fidelity), and some $ in Robinhood. Spouse has been using a brokerage and financial adviser. She has 401k(employer but managed by advisor); traditional IRA, Roth, and brokerage account with advisebrokerage.
We are looking on getting those brokerage managed accounts (IRA, Roth, and brokerage, not 401k) transferred to fidelity. I am pretty sure that for her retirement accounts, we just need to fill out the transfer forms, and it has to be in her own independent account (please tell me if I am wrong!). My question is:
Can we create a joint fidelity account and transfer my RH stocks and her brokerage account into a joint account with Fidelity? Or because they were in our individual names, do we need to keep them in separate, individual fidelity accounts?

This isn't my first rodeo but I guess there isn't some database somewhere that tells all these cretins that "this person ain't got jack shit to take" The last time was Discover, this time it's the debt buyer Cavalry. With Discover I ignored it, let them take the win and try to garnish my meager wages. I responded to the garnishment with my assets and wages and they fucked off never to be heard from again. Is there any way to cut to the chase with these ass hats and just tell them "no, I don't have anything you can legally take" and end the lawsuit?

I connected my quest 2 to my pc and now even after unplugging and uninstalling the oculus app my computer will randomly boost all the audio to 100% volume and play straight static instead of the proper output. This happens randomly every 5 minutes or so. Any advice on what to do would be great. Reinstalling audio drivers did not fix the issue

2025.01.23 22:14 ozone6587 Do Kobo eReaders have loc numbers? I'm thinking of buying a Kobo device while keeping my old Kindle. I want to be able to easily go back and forth between them and reach the same location in a book by using the loc number.
As I mentioned in the title, a location number (loc) on Kindle readers allows me to "sync" the pages of two different readers easily. I can input the loc number of my place in a specific book in Kindle A to the search tool in Kindle B and it will go to the desired location in the book for Kindle B.
My use case is that I want to read the same book in the two different readers, the second one being a Kobo reader. I want to have the Kindle in a goose arm holder by the bed and the Kobo reader as the device I use in my day to day.
