Over the past year I have lost 70% of my hair and in turn the thought of going to a hairdressers has petrified me. Today I faced my fear and went to get a subtle balayage and haircut and it’s the first time in a year I have any semblance of confidence back. I was going to cancel my appointment this morning through fear, but I can’t remember the last time I was this happy with my hair.

I am currently facing a challenging situation. I have been in the US since October on a B1 Visa. Unfortunately, I am not as financially stable as I would like to be, and I need to determine if I can manage the asylum process independently. I am a qualified lawyer and recently graduated with an LLM from the UK. I wish to apply for asylum on political grounds.
While I can read and make a case for myself, I would greatly appreciate it if anyone here could review some of the documents I might submit. I’m mindful of the fact that I haven’t handled something like this before. I am in a dire financial state at the moment, but I could offer a minimal payment if possible. After some experience with 3 low effort channels. I have a plan to make a new channel that I am quite sure will reach millions of views, and make big money. I am sure of this plan, because it dos not rely on luck, specific events, or algorithm manipulation that can change tomorrow. Here it is.
The channel will be based on Challenges. Underused and attention drawing. Had the best retention on my Fitness channel too.
Based on our interests, I will set up simple challenges in the beginning. Or, you challenge me. We need not worry about it not being exciting because one person will win every time, We will handicap the challenges for that. Say, I might challenge myself to complete more push-us then 3 of your friends combined. Or you might similarly handicap a gaming challenge.
Every person is gonna have their own profile. Whimsical, comic stuff, different for each type of challenge, Also gonna have some cool intro and cut screens.
We make a set of several videos. Then we call/reach out to other YouTubers. And challenge them. These challenges will be featured on our channel, with the same exciting format. YouTubers that we can meet in person are best for this. Collabing this way shall be how we get the first several thousand subscribers, always the hardest to get.
As for money, in our challenges we use stuff from any of our own businesses, or whoever is sponsoring us. The channel is Collab and sponsor friendly. Since it is gonna display high effort use of whatever we are sponsored by it will be high value advertising for them. Even if we don't get sponsors, I'll market my own buisinesses using this channel and you can get a share by working for me. Unlike other channels where sponserships are a contaminent, this will fit in with them perfectly.
We will also take advantages of existing trends. Like the new Hunger Games book and movie coming out. We also have different versions of our videos which we put on every social media possible.

2025.01.23 22:15 IgnobleWounds Is this a temporary flair up?

Hey everyone
I started noticiing symptoms of a bulging disc about 4 months ago. Long story short I have a smallish bulge L5/S1 but have been able to continue ballroom dancing while managing it.
I had a big week last week and it was great and danced 5 times this week.
Last night however, my cat was getting into something and I had to grab him quickly and he struggled and while I was picking him up he squirmed and it made me arch my back awkwardly. I've been very careful not lifting from back and only lifting from legs but because my cat squirmed I ended up accidently lifting a bit from my back.
It gave me a bit of a flair up of some icy feeling (neurological symptoms)
My question is, is this just likely to be a temporary flair up? Or could I have pushed and made the bulge worse?
My cat only weighs 6kg and I was definitely using some leg muscles and not all back as I started the lift correctly.

For example, this has 177 view radius. It almost sees the whole biome in one rotation in the center.

While this baby has 200 view radius(the big one from the previous image is visible on the top), it has a very small view radius.
Is this normal? Or is this a but?
Ps: I'm on Linux. There are some bugs I notice. For example, the body image in the body tab is not visible. I see the inside of the stomach, and the egg(s).

I just need to focus on myself, better myself, water myself, love myself or whatever you turds have been spouting. I deserve better then being discarded like this. Suppose he felt the same and that's why he settled for 10 forehead there, makes sense, do I respect it? No. Have I done it myself in order to live some life outside of him because I thought I was being crazy and delusional? Yes. So I can't blame him much.
I'm just distancing myself from him, from everybody, right now. After I get my package at my families I'm going to keep my head low and work on my very obvious issues and flaws, need to get right with God and make him my number one top priority, regardless of what's to happen or what's not to happen God has never Once abandoned me even though he has had Every Right to do so. My loyalty revolves around God and I can no longer tippy toe my way into my walk with Christ. Although I may feel drawn to him and perhaps even be in love with him, I mean unfortunately I am it's been 17 years of him weighing heavy on my heart, God comes first. And besides my TF is kind of... Terrible. Not neccesarily someone I want up inside me anyways. Maybe as the seconds, minutes, days, weeks, months and years go by God will soften my heart and remove me from this damned one sided romance. I know it's not entirely one sided but it feels like it is.
Just can't understand how he could water her and provide for her whereas he couldn't do that for me? I'm just as worthy, if not more, don't care flame me in the comments for saying that I'm not the one walking around with a 10 head. Regardless, I need to put him at the back of my mind and heart. Heal myself, find strength in God's timing, and heal my mind. In due time. I'm worth it even if none of them think so. I don't care. I'm loved and worth it, to me, to God. To whoever sorry sap God decides to plop on my lap to marry me off with.
I must mirrror my inside beauty and worth to my outside, I will not be discarded or looked down upon again. I am worthy and I am beautiful, I'm just a little fixer upper right now and with God's help I can achieve and be anything. As long as I align it with God's purpose in my life, which ain't bad I tend to chose terribly anyhow anyways, so in God I will trust my entire life.
I love him, because unfortunately it is in my nature and design to do so, but I will never tolerate his weak shxt again. Nor my own.

2025.01.23 22:15 Gyro_Armadillo New vision for Cebu: DOTr proposes subway system to ease traffic woes

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has proposed an underground subway system in Cebu Province to alleviate traffic congestion and encourage the use of public transportation.
Transportation Undersecretary for Planning and Project DevelopmentTimothy John Batan, confirmed that discussions with Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia and the provincial government on the construction of the Cebu Subway began in 2024.
Batan explained that the subway project is part of the DOTr’s long-term plan to reduce road congestion and improve public transport infrastructure in Cebu.
Unlike Metro Manila, where elevated rail systems are common, Cebu faces space constraints due to narrow roads, making an elevated rail system impractical.
“Unfortunately, when we looked at Cebu, there is no long and wide road where we can build an elevated railway. That’s where the idea [of the Cebu Subway] came from. Actually, the subway is in the master plan for Cebu,” Batan noted.
The subway, which will span approximately 60 to 65 kilometers, will run from Danao City in the north to Carcar City in the south.
The DOTr will conduct a study to determine the potential ridership of the proposed subway.
“We will initiate a ridership study to estimate the potential passenger volume for the Cebu Subway,” Batan added.
The provincial government’s active participation is essential to ensure the project aligns with the needs of the Cebuano people.

Here the situation, I have a perpetual licence (for 1 device) activated on a pc and recently bought an Android tablet.
I understand that I have to get a subscrition based licence to use CSP on the Android device and also that, I can't use two devices simultaneously.
But I'm not sure to get it all well:
Can I still use my perpetual licence (for 1 device) on pc AND switch to subscrition based licence for 1 android device when needed ?
it's not clear because they also sell two devices licences, so I'm a lost in there
