Mas a minha cidade natal Presidente Prudente (que estou visitando), é um lugar que requer mais cuidado ao olhar. E para alguém que ama esse lugar, não é muito difícil ver beleza em tudo

yall i literally cannot explain on how im losing my mind day by day of him being on my mind, like this is NOT healthy. i’m literally OBSESSED with him. i check his socials CONSTANTLY and im ALWAYS keeping a track on him and his whereabouts like a fucking stalker, like wtf is wrong with me.
& when i say INSANE i quite literally mean it. like i sometimes deadass start CRYING.. not crying bc i miss him, crying bc of me being SEVERELY overwhelmed with him CONSTANTLY being on my mind 25/8 like. i don’t wanna say im in love with the boy, but like holy fuck am i?? the thought of him being with another woman would actually KILL me. no joke. making me lose my damn sanity
it’s WEIRD bc he was my summer fling for literally 2 MONTHS (june-july), and it WASNT even sexually!! just romantic, so there’s no way in hell it could be a soul tie right? after summer ended and school started back up, we kinda stopped contacting eachother until recently in December. so now we text here and there.
i can’t be in love with him, cus this behavior definitely isn’t love.?? so WTF is it… and mind u, i never felt like this abt someone before, even with my previous “crushes” …

My professor for property law gave us this situation and said whoever builds the best case to win gets a grade bump. So the defendant just bought a property that has an easement that goes through someone elses property. He wants to build a house but the guy that owns the property the easement goes through has put a gate and built on the easement and is not allowing him to use the easement and is suing him saying that him using the easement is dangerous for his property. How would you guys frame the defence? Just trying to get an idea I'm not very smart.

Trying to decide if I should drop my whole life policy and use term. 203k/year base, 34 years old 3 kids and a 4th on the way. Have only had the policy for one year so hard to see the benefits this year but the monthly premiums are steep (1M policy). Have a term policy also at 2M and don't have any issues maxing out 401k at the moment. WL policy makes it hard for me to invest in brokerage account and payoff some sort term debts (credit cards and cars).
