Bit of a statement, i know, but I (17m) use pain to process my emotions. It used to be the gym, but then the weights got so heavy all the blood left my brain so i can’t think in the gym. Music helps, until it doesn’t, and pain was a good way for me to sharpen my mind, process the internal hurt and let it out as external (if not very sore) hurt. It was a good system and was planned to be a temporary solution to my temporary problems, since i’ve tried suicide and got 2/3rds the way there before deciding it was a weaksauce move. Anyways, about a week and a half ago, my mum found out by walking in on me getting dressed and saw. So yeah it’s been a week of forced bottling-it-up, and she refused to let me carry on until i was ready to start moving on after processing. I want to continue, but she will give me inspections so either i need to cut somewhere else (arms are off limits and too obvious, so that’s basically only my other leg. I’m not ready yet to move on to less scarred pastures, as i still have a lot of reflecting, feeling-unpicking and thinking to do, but it’s “not behaviour conducive to normal social life” or whatever bullshit she spouted to try and make me feel bad about it while confiscating my blade. So yeah, that’s the long. Short is: TLDR: sh is productive for me, mum won’t listen, will stop eventually, don’t want to yet.
Any advice? What are my options moving forward? I’m off to uni in september, unsure which yet as i need to get some As in exams, if that’s any useful info. Also, i did manage to stop her from telling my dad (they’re divorced).

I noticed I have several games installed on my PS5 that have a PS+ symbol with a lock on it. When I try to play them it takes me to the store and wants me to buy them. I've checked my subscription and it doesn't expire for another couple months so it's not that. I tried to restore licenses but the games that have the symbol don't show up there. According to my library I have 88 games installed but only 75 show in the license menu. I have another console at my girlfriend's place but this one should be set as my primary (though I couldn't find where it says to double check). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything gives only one coin and Amitoi expeditions giving 1 per hour they are sent out. For just the unlock stones you need 100 of any of those, then 50 for the chaos runes, then a bunch for the skill books. God forbid you also want the emote/frame/title… it’s kind of a crazy amount.

hiii!! first of all my apologies if something is written wrong im not a native english speaker. So im trying to sing the "high note" in the chorus of adeles rolling in the deep. I had some clases in singing years ago but pretty much I dont remember anything, how do I achieve hitting that note because each time I have the few symptoms: I have tried breathing correctly with my diaphram and a lot of videos said that that would do the trick but pretty much I still cant quite get it right, then I feel an EXTREMELY tight throat and simply I just cant get to hit it bc my voice inmediately breaks and goes to this extremely light and high pitch (i think its called falsetto?? idk ). How is this high note called, like mixed voice?? or which type ( I literally have no idea how to do any of the mixed belts or anything im trying to learn them to see how could I achive the note!!) what would you suggest!!! thank uu
