Okay so obviously I feel incredibly sorry for Freddie - totally savage traitor move by Charlotte to throw him under the bus with the hidden shield info. He did put up one of the all time worst roundtable defences, but he’s such a sweet lad I really feel for him having to reveal that he was a “traitor” all this time.
BUT ALSO:
I am feeling for Charlotte. From her perspective:
- Plays a brilliant game as a faithful (okay the accent thing is weird but honestly seems to have very slightly helped so 🤷♂️)
- Recruited out of the blue by a very very accomplished traitor (Minah).
- Immediately takes to the role, turns on Minah and eliminates that threat.
- Gets close to the end and is FORCED to recruit.
- Chooses Freddie and survives (ish) all of the chaos and mess that comes with that, due to a savagely brilliant double cross.
- Out of nowhere this new power enters the game and suddenly it’s going to be she said vs she said with your closest mate from the last few weeks? Brutal.

Ok so we have to pick our gcse options by the end of March so we still have time but I'm not sure what to do. I'm thinking history, re, triple and health and social care but I've seen people saying you shouldn't pick history and health and social care cause they're really hard?? Like the heavy content for history and the coursework for health and social.
I'm also not sure about triple science cause it seems like a lot but I kinda want to do it so I wanted to see if anyone has advice on what to do please. Yr9 btw and I'm not sure on what I want to do in the future.

2025.01.23 22:20 J4cqu3l1n3 Waiting for over two hours for a package that was rerouted to my house. I could’ve done many things during that time frame.
My parents are currently out of the country and they had a package arriving late, which required a signature on their behalf. They chose to reroute it to my house rather than the UPS store because these boxes were more than likely going to be heavy. My dad told me that it would be delivered between 10:45am-12:45pm today. I literally waited around at home during that time frame doing nothing until it showed up at around 1:10pm. So yeah, I’m a little annoyed by this.

I noticed recently that it’s been a lot harder to find the reptile basking bulbs I use, and after some research discovered that last year the government here in the US moved to ban that specific type of bulb and some others due to energy efficiency. I’ve found countless old posts about the ban going into effect, but zero posts about what to use in the interim or safe alternatives, and also nothing recent about whether the ban has been in talks of being lifted since this type of lighting is needed for animal care.
Does anyone have any useful info or updated news on this?

I’m fundraising to replace my car after a startling accident. Due to a sudden medical event, I blacked out behind the wheel, veered off the dual carriageway I was travelling on, and crashed into trees. Thankfully, I managed to somehow escape any injury, but my car was a total loss, and I was forced to scrap it. As a student, losing my car has been a major setback, and I want to rely on the generosity of the kind hearted people of the internet as well as fellow car enthusiasts to help me raise the money - the funds will be used to cover the cost of a new car and insurance.
