 | Buenas. Hoy prendí mi notebook (lenovo ideapad 700 15 isk), y cuando está por bootear, me sale una BSOD diciendo que no se puede iniciar Windows. Con esto, me tira las opciones de recuperación y demás. A todo esto, le conecto un pendrive con hirensboot, y cuando quiero pasarle la herramienta de Windows recovery, no me figura el disco m2 (donde tenía el Windows). Voy al administrador de discos, y efectivamente, no me detecta el disco m2, pero el sata si. La desarmé y saqué el m2, no le veo nada quemado, pero si está re caliente. Limpié el puerto pci con alcohol isopropilico, y al disco le pasé un pincel; todo en vano porque lo sigue sin detectar (ni siquiera la BIOS lo detecta, eso ya me asusta). Vi en un tutorial de youtube que hay que desactivar en la BIOS una opción que dice Intel VMD Controller, pero cuando entro a la bios no tengo esa opción. Solo puedo cambiar secure boot, el orden de booteo, fecha hora y algunas boludeces más. Dato adicional. El disco tiene fecha de fabricación de 2016. Currently watching Buy Now: a Shopping Conspiracy documentary on Netflix and having a small existential crisis as a marketer lol. I work with smaller businesses at an agency so I never really paid much mind to the effects marketing has on a global scale. But with overconsumption and waste and all that being devastating side effects of marketing successfully is it even possible to work in marketing without contributing to those problems?

 | First of all, previous post was "corrupt", I don't know why. Sorry if someone was confused. I still have to waterproof the coconut that is turned down and attach a small ladder I made to it, but the rest is finished (if I didn't make any major mistake). They have natural wood, cork, ropes (I might change them for other without colour, just in case of the chemicals), a fruit "coconut", cuttlebone on the top right and, I think, lots of places to perch. I kept two of the original branches, the ones they used more, so they don't feel it as "alien". I had to use some screws because its almost entirely made of independent branches, but I made sure they are tight enough that they are inside the wood and they dont protrude anywhere. The budgies wont reach them. Also added some "security measures" to avoid it losing balance, but the height is balanced and the base is good wood, heavy, it wouldn't fall anyway. I am sure I made some mistakes (please, make me know), but I am actually proud. I made it in a few hours in this two last days, didn't buy anything (but the screws) and I think it looks nice. Tomorrow, when I open the cage, I will see if the "couple" likes it too, that's the important thing. As always, any idea, advice... is more than welcomed. long time lurker and now i finally need help bc no one from cal or my cc is responding lol
so basically im nearly done with both my IGETC and 7-breadth which Berkeley now places more importance on. the issue is with the reading and composition bit of the breadth. i've completed one english writing and composition class last summer but this semester (which is my last at cc) i was initially going to take another english comp class to fulfill the two needed but long story short i just can't due to personal circumstances.
however!! i do have AP credit (3 score) for english and literature that i've heard can satisfy the second half of the english requirement but not at berkeley since they require a 4. but even if you get admitted you can just make it up there? if it helps this class won't be a major prerequisite for me (polisci major and i've completed all my reqs already) but im anxious about how this'll work out for me considering there's only days left for me to submit another TAU and withdraw from the current class im in and replace it with another one that works better for my schedule.
if there's anything else needing answering pls lmk but yeah that's my anxious word salad lolol
