So, I've received 2 emails saying I've purchased items at Lowe's, but I have not (came from do-not-reply@ receipt.lowes.com). I went directly to Lowe's website separately and not using any links in the email. I don't even have this email connected with Lowe's as it says to create an account when I try to log in with it. I'm not sure I get what's happening with this. I guess to click around in it? Aqua mail on Android does says it's part of a mailing list so sounds like it might be sent around to multiple people?
Oddly enough, I go to my Gmail on my PC and the email isn't even there.

I have had my license for exactly a year, I hosted open houses, i responded to every lead from website, i felt I did as much as I could with the knowledge that I had and I’m starting to think this bussiness is not for me. Last year I had two successful transactions one listing and one buyer. Both I was not the main agent but still was a part of the process. I got one person under buyer agency on my own 6 months ago but still haven’t found them a home.
I don’t understand how to make this bussiness work alone. I’m young and I feel incompetent in so many aspects because I have so little experience besides being ghosted and basically left out to dry by customers.
I want to succeed. I want to be good at this. I want to help people and make a living and this first year was just so hard. I know this is not an easy job. I’m willing to work but it’s just not making sense.
I renewed my license this year. I need advice on the things I should be doing daily, how to get people to trust me and how do I possible reach out to a more experienced agent about being a team?

Any reason why trimming a midi clip is freezing it somehow and muting? I can hear playback of a midi clip fine when starting from the first note I recorded. But if I trim it even just past the first bar it grays out and mutes. I swear I accidentally turned something on but can’t figure this out. Sorry if this is stupid and thanks!
