Just wanted to share some of my experience. First and foremost, I’m a 32-year-old professional recording artist with a couple of songs on the radio. ADHD has been my biggest enemy my whole life. I’ve gone through all the ADHD medications. I Started with Adderall, Vyvanse, and other mainly amphetamine-based medications. It wasn’t until I switched to Ritalin (Methylphenidate) when I started noticing the effects actually working. So my doctor and I took a step further and decided to try out Dexmethylphenidate. I have been taking Focalin 10mg 3x Daily IR for 2.5 years. When I tell you, this has been a miracle drug for me. It’s been a miracle drug for me. When I first tried Adderall, for the first month I actually felt the effects. Literally a month after that it didn’t matter how many milligrams I took. I couldn’t feel a damn thing. Like dead ass. Nothing. Same with Vyvanse. That’s when I tried Ritalin, and eventually Focalin. I guess what I’m trying to say is if Adderall and other medication’s like it aren’t working, I would highly suggest trying Ritalin at first. Then try Focalin. I’m not a health professional. I’m not a doctor. And I am no way shape or form giving medical advice. Just saying you should try it. I’ve been on it for 2 1/2 years and every single day it works exactly how the previous day worked. It has changed my life. I’m actually really surprised that Focalin is somewhat unknown. So I’m just here to share my experience. Something about the methylphenidates and Dexmethylphenidates has really agreed with my body. Hopefully my story can help somebody else. I just took my Focalin after a week of not having it, so yes, this paragraph was proofread 17 times and slightly on the rant side of things. 😂

Me and my best friend are both teenagers and we've been friends for years, pretty much our whole lives. A couple months ago she started dating a guy she's known for a while, cool! They looked super cute and happy together, but recently he's become unbearable.
Like most friends do, we hang out with each other a lot, and her and her boyfriend are on facetime a lot when I'm at her house. He always says stuff like "I'll hang up so you two can spend time together" I tell him I don't mind, but he always insists. He insists just to not do it! I've literally grabbed her phone once and hung up for him, it's that annoying. Going along with this story, I think he assumes I like her (I don't. I'm a gay man with a boyfriend.) because he's always comparing himself to other guys and telling her that he'll break up with her so she can give some other guy I chance (it makes her so upset, I've literally yelled at him for saying that once) anyway, him always trying to give us space makes me think he might think I like her. Another thing about him that really pisses me off is that he worries TOO much about her. We love going on walks together, but her boyfriend gets too worried about her, so now we never really go on walks. We're not stupid, we know how to stay safe on the roads, and we also don't live in a city were there's lots of cars speeding around.
I guess I'm just looking for advice on how to deal with this, I also don't know if I'm even justified with this. I don't want to ruin our friendship, but I also can't stand her boyfriend.

2025.01.24 00:20 TheViking2Go I think I‘m bad at this game…
I am fairly new to Path Of Exile. I played the first PoE for like 20ish hours. D4 was too boring, so I decided to buy PoE 2.
I did start with a Monk. And just after the first city there is a dungeon (Mudden Burrow I think?). At the end there is a boss fight where I constantly die. I love that PoE 2 is so hard compared to D4 for example and good items do feel so rewarding. But it’s so frustrating to me, that I just can’t even beat a Boss who is there like 15 minutes into the game 😂
Anybody got any tips on hot to beat that worm as a melee?
