2025.01.24 00:43 Shmoomoosh Serious Error Loading World Further Problems
I'll start by saying I'm aware this has been discussed before but not in the same way, at least as far as I can find. I try to start a new game (Not load a previous save) on my new PC and it works fine, UNTIL I change the resolution and graphics settings, and upon restarting the game, nothing can load and I am told there was a serious error. I tried the rename the sims 3 folder trick, and it worked. But it reset the graphics settings. Do I just have to play the game in 4:3 on the lowest graphics? Any help would be appreciated

I am very new to this, and am trying to better understand the proper way to calculate macros. I see these two methods when doing my own research:
The acceptable macronutrient distribution ranges are 45–65% of your daily calories from carbs, 20–35% from fats, and 10–35% from protein.
And
Protein intake should be between 0.7–1.0 grams per pound of body weight. Fat intake should be between 0.25–0.4 grams per pound of body weight. All remaining calories are allotted for carbs.
Let's say I wanted to eat ~1800 calories per day, should I be be aiming for 450 calories of fats, 450 calories of protein, and 900 calories of carbs? Or should I be going based off my body weight?
I am generally confused, and both feel like I answered my own question and confused myself even more by writing this. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

My car is financed with silver rock.
My question:
Do I need to contact silver rock? Say what exactly?
Since I don’t have the car title, how do I show proof of ownership to NY DMV?
Other than car registration, getting a new license, and NY state insurance, is there anything else I should be aware of?
