@Walk1000Miles? I was fortunate enough to have an SSDI ALJ reopen my original filing. On the 2nd hearing (out of 3 hearings total), he agreed to reopen the 2019 SSDI disability claim due to being able to see prior mishandling of my case. On the judge's decision letter it mentions my 2019 & 2021 SSDI filings. I felt uncomfortable with that wording, called his legal secretary and was reassured the processing center would realize the hearing's were because of the 2019 claim.
My gut feeling was correct. The processing center only noted the 2021 claim so I immediately called the judge's office, asking them to rectify the problem with the processing center. They refused, said they won't because my case is already out of his office.
Why would the judge not correct a typo that the 3 hearings were about, over the course of 1.5 years, so the processing center can do it correctly?
Do l ask for the transcripts of the hearings and file a complaint and an appeal? Do I file a complaint against the judge? I honestly cannot believe there have been mistakes made all throughout my case and these people are grown adults. Any advice? I'm assuming I can appeal the Award Letter without starting the entire process over, correct?
Also, what can I do or get help with the astronomical costs of Medicare for past years that they want to deduct and I would have only been receiving 6-$700 a month?

2025.01.24 00:40 Yoshi_Yoshiii Plothole in Wizard and Glass
So I finished Wizard and Glass and I must say I am feeling a bit ambivalent about it. On one hand it's probably the most emotional SK book I've read so far and the ending really got me. On the other hand I find especially the middle of the book so nerve wracking. I just couldn't bring myself to watch as the tragedy unfolds and literally knowing the whole time that it is going to end bad. It got to the point that I didn't even want to finish the book because I was so attached to the characters and didn't want them to experience any harm.
So anyway I finished it but...something still doesn't seems right to me. After Roland finds out that Rhea knows about him and Susan he straight up goes up to her and confronts her, leading him to kill her snake which again leads to Rhea killing Susan and Rolands mother. The whole book teaches us that Roland is patient, thinks ahead and always comes up with a plan before confrinting someone. I mean basically the first three quarters of the book he plays castles with the coffin hunters and in the end he also sets up a trap/ makes battle plans etc.. He also confronts Rhea AFTER he has come out of his love-daze so he should be thinking clearly... Ka or not...this decision of him just straight up confronting Rhea, telling her all he knows and leaving just feels illogical to me. There is no advantage in telling her and he also risks Sheemies life. Given that this moment is so crucial for the hole plot that bothers me a bit...

2020 Outback Limited, 75,000 miles. Noticed that the rear automatic braking was not working or warning us of objects behind us, which it used to do. Today got a warning message that the RAB is not working, see owners manual. Anyone have an issue like this recently? Of course out of warranty…..

Recently, I had an incident at the engineering faculty where the staff reprimanded me on my mistakes on some documents. She was unnecessarily harsh and mean. I cried uncontrollably after the conversation with her. This incident also triggered my anxiety and I can't sleep well at night right now. I haven't had my anxiety for years but she triggered my trauma and the anxiety that came along with it. I'm meeting with my lecturer soon to talk about it tho.
Just wondering if others face something similar recently. Did they ever gave rude remarks that made you feel like a failure or incompetent? Have they belittled you?

 | Even though I was playing games for a long time, and sometimes bought a game or two, I dived into the hobby and started collecting only about a year ago. I owned and played a lot of Risk, Kingdomino, Dixit, Mysterium, but the catalyst that made me a hobbyist was playing Waterdeep and Root for the first time. The only games from my collection that almost never get playtime are Sherrif of Nottingham and Tokaido Duo. Sherrif i got as a gift and never prefer to play it, while Tokaido Duo gets subbed for better 2-player games. I am yet to play Hansa and GWT, and am especially thrilled about Hansa. Just haven't managed to get them to the table yet. Most recent gifts and purchases are Mind MGMT, 7WD, Arcs, Hive. Not in picture, but in collection: Dixit, Trapwords, Codenames Pictures. I am blessed to have great friend groups of varying sizes that all love board games.
