2025.01.24 03:24 PeterLoew88 Is there any way to change the amount of a balance transfer request after it’s been submitted, while it’s still processing?
I submitted the request an hour ago and wanted to change the amount. I called in and was told it’s not possible but the person’s English was pretty limited and I’m not sure they quite understood what I was trying to do. They thought I wanted to cancel it, but I just wanted to adjust the amount.
Anyone know if this is possible? Or once you hit submit is that it?

Im not expecting anyone to find this game im looking for but i just want to know if this game was real or a fever dream i created as a kid
So from what i remember, it was very similar to minecraft but its definitely a ripoff, and the game had a story and quests, the only things i can remember is that you save a princess from a dragon thats in a volcano (?) or somewhere hot and lava looking. Then after that you give her to the king and the king rewards you
l also remember that theres an npc that was transparent and its named Bandit (perhaps it was transparent because i havent unlocked the story shes in or something

Specifically I like the grittyness of the series and I can't seem to find much akin to it. I like that the characters are messy, imperfect and although well intentioned (for the most part), make horrendous choices for themselves but still manage to have such deep connections with one another despite how truly messy they all are.
If it has queer themes that would be amazing too, but all I'm really after is the grittyness and the imperfection of the characters. Thanks in advance!

I've seen a lot of podcasts but they just don't scratch my itch. And i've checked the recommendations commentors left on people asking similar questions but they just don't seem to be what i'm looking for. I do love the twilight zone radio drama and i think i know why i like it so much:
The horror was about suspense and the growing feeling of something supernaturally bad happening. It wasn't about gore of violence, it was a quiet subtle fear.
The mystery of just not knowing what is happening the characters feeling powerless in the face of something scary.
And most of all the music, the eerie, loud, theatric, and chilling music score was the definitely the best part.
I guess that's what i'm looking for in a podcast, That kind of horror and mystery accompanied by loud eerie music. I'd also like each anthology episode to have a bad ending like TTZ. As in the characters are trapped or captured or beaten by the mystery. Also, please just full cast. No one person trying to voice different characters or a narrator just narrating past events over us going through the story with characters in the present, or the narrator narrating his/her every thought and move. Just basically a tv show without images. So, is there anything like this?

hi everyone, i (22F) stumbled upon this subreddit back in november when i was first hospitalized with a complicated case of DV and wanted to share my story/experience to potentially bring awareness for others. in early november 2024, i began experiencing excruciating pelvic pain and at first chalked it up to being a flareup of my PCOS. i had scheduled an appointment with my gynecologist of all people and had both a transvaginal and an abdominal ultrasound done to see if they could determine the cause. my gyno had saw a “pelvic mass” (which i would later find out was my first abscess and flare) and direct admitted me to our local hospital. they had done a ct scan w/ contrast that same day and due to the amount of inflammation couldn’t determine if it was appendicitis or something else. on 11/07 i had a laparoscopic lavage done on my pelvis/abdomen: i had a perforated diverticulum that leaked copious amounts of pus, infection, and fluid into my pelvis which was causing the pain i was feeling. i was put on different antibiotics to try and help my WBC come down. the treatment i was receiving at that hospital was not working after 5 days of various IV antibiotics and i was then transferred to another hospital with a higher level of care (level 1 trauma facility). i had cultures upon cultures done and was found to have a large abscess in my abdomen (6.4x12.7x6.3cm at largest). i had a drain placed via interventional radiology and then later replaced with a bigger catheter and repositioning. the infection i experienced consisted of multiple MDROs, but was eventually able to be treated and i was released on 11/20 with four weeks of IV antibiotics at home with my drain still in place. another ct scan on 12/17 revealed that my abscess had no more fluid collection and was removed during my colonoscopy on 12/23. that colonoscopy would show mild diverticulosis, showing that i was “in the clear,” i would not be. fast forward to 01/10 and i began to feel off again, immediately i started a clealiquid diet. my stool was liquid and i felt a hard lump in my llq near where my previous drain site was. i thought maybe doing a liquid/low res diet over the weekend would help but by that monday (01/13) the lump had gotten bigger and my discomfort grew. i had a stat ct scan on 01/14 that showed the return of a large abscess and i was hospitalized with yet another complicated diverticulitis flare up. after talking with my doctor, especially after having two very complicated flares in a span of three months, we decided the best option would be for me to undergo surgery. i was put on antibiotics as soon as i was admitted to the hospital and had my colon resection done on 01/16. i had an open colon resection where they removed 12 inches of my colon, my right fallopian tube as it was scarred off due to being involved with the abscess, my appendix (just for preventative measures), and a softball sized abscess. i came out of the surgery with no bag, which seemed like a miracle to me, and a nasty incision down my abdomen. i was discharged on 01/19 after passing gas, having my first few bowel movements, and tolerating food well. as of today, i am exactly one week post-op and while i’m definitely still experiencing discomfort (and i know i will for a while), i can tell how much better my body feels. this subreddit has been so incredibly helpful in this journey and i’ve found so much comfort in reading others experiences and stories. this disease came on quickly for me and has drastically changed my life, but i am thankful to still be here and grateful to know that it can only get better from here. if anything, i just hope that i can help someone else in advocating for their health and wellbeing. don’t suffer in silence and remember to do what’s best for you. you know yourself the best, listen to your body and don’t let it get worse.
i’d like to add that i have a ridiculously high pain tolerance, my 2-3 is a 5-6 for most people, and throughout most of this journey i experienced very little to moderate pain. (my doctors often described me as atypical lmao) genuinely, the most pain i experienced was in my pelvis during my first flareup when i had infection in my pelvis and about the first two days post-op. it does get better! this truly feels like a community where i can share this experience and i thank you to anyone who read my story. thank you for this community!

I had a bunch of lighting issues a while ago and it caused a lot of algae to die back. But after getting a new light the algae has been growing good, and I noticed that it appears to be letting off a bunch of tiny bubbles. I’m assuming this is pearling since it’s coming directly off the rocks and not from the substrate like trapped gas would. Just thought this was neat and hadn’t seen it mentioned here :)

 | Omg. I’m almost embarrassed to call myself out like this but I had to share. Before having my wonderful one year old I barely had to worry about any tinted makeup, but lo and behold postpartum and nursing have caused awful hormonal acne that makes me pretty insecure. I’ve been using a combination of hero cosmetics green balm and this Colourpop concealer (left side of photo) but after finding this sub I ordered About Face in F2 Olive and I finally got to try it out today! Guys, I have never watched a concealer or foundation disappear on my skin before today. I used maybe a dime sized amount still in combination with the Hero balm and felt the best I’ve felt about my skin in a couple of weeks now since my last bad breakout. I mean just LOOK at the difference in those shades lol. I don’t know what I was thinking when I panic bought that concealer at Target.
