Mono again?

I (17M) had mono in late oct/ first two weeks of November in 2023. My symptoms seemed to subside slowly although I was still a bit tired. Fast forward to the past month I’ve been exhausted. I’m not a nap guy and genuinely hate them; however, I catch myself napping after school. I’m a straight A student, class president - I don’t slack off. Lately , I’ve been falling asleep during class and missing content.
I am on lamictal and risperidone. Risperidone is known for tiredness and I just increased my dose. My tiredness is like chronic. I felt this way before the increase.
Today, I woke up with a sore throat. I was like whatever it was probably because I didn’t wash my retainer correctly. Fast forward to 12 and i’m on the couch , sweating like a bullet, and couldn’t keep my eyes open. I would go in and out of sleep and it felt like a dream because each time I woke up I was dissociated and had a piercing migraine.
I did take some ibuprofen and it helped a bit but I still had the piercing migraine and lower back pain (something I really had bad with mono was lower back pain).
It’s about 8 now and I woke up sweating so bad it felt like I was burning. I took my temp and it’s currently at 102.8 F. My back and hear are still killing me to the point where i’m crying in pain.
Do you think this is mono again?

Anyone had this before? Just got a shipment (my first ever from the Cubicle) and the syringe of weight 5 lube broke and I got lube all over the other stuff in the shipment. Why would they not secure a syringe of lube better for shipping?

2025.01.24 01:30 EileenTheCrow_1 I got punched by accident during a Practice scene. (I'm fine, it was kinda funny)
So during My 3rd period which is my Theater arts class, we were doing something called "Fight scenes" where we acting but also pretending to fight. We had to make the sounds of "Being punched" and all that drama type crap. Me and 2 other classmates were doing a MMA thing where the ref was rigging it, ofc I was the ref. We were doing good until the end scene where I did the third rigged scene the classmate who was supposed to fake punch me actually did it. He was a bit to close and was swinging to fast, It hurt but for like 10 seconds and it went numb. Everyone laughed and including me. He said sorry like 5 times and I just said it was alright, he legit was sweating because of it . Some other classmates dapped me up for "Taking it like a champ."😂

We thought this is an easy rule to understand but there are still some misconceptions.
misconception number one. The rule does not apply if I make a comment or post as a warning against DIY based on my own past (bad) experience with DIY.
Wrong, the rule applies to anything related to DIY. Whether it’s a warning, reminiscing about being young and stupid, lessons you learned along the way.
misconception number two. I’m a piercer or piercing apprentice so if I pierce myself and want to show of the results it doesn’t count as DIY.
wrong, unless you are verified as a piercer or piercing apprentice we do not know for certain that you are a piercer or piercing apprentice and your post will be considered as breaking the no DIY rule
We are not kidding ourselves, this rule will not prevent people from piercing themselves. We do however take a ferm stand against DIY piercings and simply won’t tolerate anything about it on this subreddit.
Most of the community seem to have the same opinion on DIY piercings or simply respect the rule and we want to thank you for reporting these posts and comments as fast as you do. As moderators we try our best to keep up with everything that gets posted, but we are only human. So if you see a post or comment that doesn’t follow the rules of this subreddit, please hit the report button, we rely on your help to keep this community awesome.

Okay so I played a lot of games against AI and thought I was doing very well. I started playing online games and it seems like everyone else is advancing way faster than I am. I’ve tried everything from having as many villagers as possible to leveling up as quick as possible and just focusing on attacking. I still can’t seem to upgrade nearly as quick as everyone else. Any tips?

Personally I think he may be kind of dire, in order to actually do well with him you have to play PERFECTLY, any mistakes will punish you HARD, I used to want to get this guy diamond because I found him to be satisfying to do well with, but now even when I do well hes just annoying.

I go on holiday, you ask me where was your invite. I mentioned something about it months ago, but you don’t remember. I spend the 14 days wishing you were there, to limited replies. You’ve clearly gotten over the idea. For you it was just a throwaway comment. I looked at flights. My dad would’ve paid. I couldn’t stand the idea of you being alone on an 8 hour flight. You never wanted to come.
I graduate! Something I never thought I’d get to. While I was on holiday, I got my results. I told you about it, and you said you wanted to come to my graduation, showing me which dress you’d wear. You looked beautiful. My heart leaped. I told you the dates. You said you couldn’t make it. Work. Gut punch, but I got over it. I never mentioned graduating again, ashamed of my excitement. Then my graduation day came round. I posted me in my suit, my mum stressed and rushing out the house. You tell me you didn’t realise it was today, and wanted to be there. You knew months ago. All of a sudden you would’ve been available. Shift change. You just didn’t let me know because you forgot about it. You went out the night before: you’re hungover, have no clothes, and are staying at a friend’s house not even a mile from where I’m graduating. I’m an idiot - I don’t care how you look, I just want you there. My mum’s now interested, she wants you there. You stay adamant. Why did you have to tease me with your presence? I spend my day thinking about you, instead of my achievement; my family, the people who showed up for me. You never wanted to come.
