Explaining this whole concept would take forever, so I’ll keep it simple. Through a technique called Limbo, I accidentally began triggering lucid dreams consistently. - Create a Mental "Movie": Imagine your life and thoughts as a movie while in Limbo. Let the "movie" play out without consciously controlling it. Allow your mind to wander and unfold naturally.
- Notice the Transition into Sleep: When you fall asleep, thoughts in your mind will transition into a dream. Since you were using Limbo before sleep, you’ll be much closer to that line of consciousness than if you were in a deep sleep.
- Key Moment: The crucial moment to trigger lucidity is when you realize that you no longer have the item you took with you into Limbo. This realization signals that you’re dreaming. The more you practice, the easier it becomes to notice this distinction in your dreams.

I have the Steelseries Arctic Nova Pro headset and the Arena 3 speakers. Neither have ever worked right, but about a week ago both stopped working on my computer altogether without needing what seems to be 1-3 extra cords that i didn't need before.
For the headset: I have sonar on my computer and the headset seems up to date. Never have i been able to adjust the input through the app. I have to go thru my settings and click on one of the five different options it gives until the headset connects. Seems to be a different one every time. Now, I need a whole extra cord from the back of the little black box to connect to my PC (not just the jack) to get it to work. It also now sounds like everything is being filtered through water or something and it's awful.
For the speakers: I have NEVER seen them come up in the sonar app. Ever. Don't know if they're up to date or not but now they don't work. No matter which input output I plug them into there's no sound. No matter what selection I make in settings there's nothing coming out of them. The little led light pops on when I hit the one button but no connection. Again, these worked just fine until about a week ago.
It's too late for me to return these but I'm glad I got them on sale because this whole system is annoying and a joke. If anyone has helpful tips, they'd be appreciated. Otherwise, I'll be in the corner cursing this whole system.

I had a wicked sharp intellect in my 20s. Got prescribed adderall IR at the age of 31 for ADHD. I solely use it as prescribed - 30 MG / day, 7 days a week. I've become much more efficient. However it feels like my brain and thought process have been confined to a limited repertoire of thoughts, vocabulary, and actions.
After you stopped speeding, did you notice an improvement in cognitive function?
What concerns me since being prescribed Adderall is: - Loss of short term memory - Reduced vocabulary / inability to recall words - Lack of affect & spontaneity in social interactions - Difficulty engaging with others in conversation for more than 5 minutes - Repeating loops and patterns of thinking in my work life - my concentration has become myopic - I can work harder and longer, but my thinking has become much more shallow - Thinking deeply and creatively is much more difficult

Rather than using an entire package duct seal, isn’t there a better way to cap or plug this abandoned 2” rigid metal conduit that was initially — improperly — installed directly through and between my exterior meter base (on the home exterior) directly into this Siemens load panel (immediately opposite in my garage)?
Specifically, why wouldn’t the electricians have simply used a steel penny under this 2” insulated plastic bushing?
(This penetration was first added when my whole house generator was initially installed. The service feed has since been rerouted from the meter base through the exterior ATS and passed inspection.)
