In the morning, I saw a crow-ish sized bird fly over me, and made this sound in flight. It was drabish sparrowish brown. Body shape was kinda falcon ish...

HELP! I own a small manufacturing and engineering business in California. The power outages are killing us. I’ve lost count but I think we’ve been without power 8 days this month. The hourly people are not getting paid, engineering can’t use the equipment, January shipments are way down, and our customers are not getting what they need for their systems.
We need to get a backup power solution but the building is not ideal for a centralized backup. We’ve had a generator guy come by (more scheduled) but I don’t like his recommendations. I’m looking to the experts in Reddit to see if there is a better way.
The building is 200’ x 200’ U shaped. Here’s the electrical configuration:
* One transformer outside that provides 120/208 to entire building
* Two electrical rooms on opposite sides of the building approximately 250’ apart
* Total of 6 electrical panels at various spots in the 4 units
* Five panels are 200 amp and one is 400 amp.
Ideally we would have a single 150 or 200 kW generator with the transfer switch by the outside transformer. Cables would be 20’ and there is space there. The problem is that this is before the meters in the electrical room so we likely can’t install equipment there.
Next idea – single 150 kW generator with a 40’ drop to electrical room 1 and a 300’ foot drop to electrical room 2. Install the transfer switch in the electrical rooms. The wire will be thick as we only have 120/208.
Next idea – two generators. Each one with a 40’ drop it’s electrical room. Transfer switch in the electrical room.
Last idea – multiple generators around the building. Transfer switches are mounted near each electrical panel resulting in multiple cable drops in the units, multiple generators for maintenance and yearly certification.
The guy today drove towards the last option which is my lease favorite.
Do you guys have any ideas on this? Is there an easy way to get these units on a generator backup?
I should also mention – on a year-to-year lease. Moving will take major effort. I can see us moving to a single large building but that would be at least a year or two off.

 | TLDR: My instagram was hacked, that got disabled, my phone number, I assume was labeled as malicious and the security dragnet disabled my personal facebook account and business page that was tied to it. Long version: A little over a month ago I got a few texts from friends that my personal instagram was hacked. I attempted to use the recovery options on the site but the hacker added their own email to the account and then added a google authenticator for 2FA. I had 2FA enabled but it would send me a text to my personal phone number. It still will do this but when I enter my phone number, it will trigger a 2FA to the hackers google authenticator. (I think) I submitted a feedback report and obviously got nothing back. I wasn’t sure what else to do because the on screen prompts didn’t bring you to a contact form or a chat. It just brought you in circles. I assumed that instagram account that I had for 10+ years, must be cooked. A few days later I get an email from meta that my personal facebook page of 10+ years has been disabled. I figured it was a mistake and followed the on screen prompts, recorded a selfie, submitted a picture of my license, and the appeal was rejected. This is wildly frustrating because I have a business page linked with this account and lost both with this disable(ing). I still have access to a business instagram, saw an article that showed that I can talk to a real human by signing up for enhanced support. So I signed up via my business page and messaged them. I explained the situation and got told that they couldn’t help me because THAT disabled account didn’t have enhanced support. I said I’d happily pay if I could regain access. I tried again to contact meta enhanced support and discovered that my phone number, when typed into the support feature, would turn the submit button grey. Or dark blue. It disabled the submit button for my complaint. I removed my phone number and it allowed me to go to the chat. Again, explain the situation, get told that they’ll call me that evening, the tech calls says he can see my personal facebook account and that the appeal is still under review, even though when I sign in it says my account is disabled and ineligible for another review. He reports that I’ll get an email with a final decision on my appeal within 24 hrs. We hang up. Almost 2 weeks later I reach back out to the enhanced chat and explain everything all over again. And get connected with someone who barely can construct complete sentences, who is asking the same questions that I have already answered, and is largely acting like if he acts like enough of an idiot, I’ll go away. I maintain diplomacy, and over the course of an hour go back and forth with this guy. Screen shots galore. Can you send me a link to your facebook account? No. Why not? Because it’s disabled. Can you send me the account ID number? No. I can’t sign in to get it. Why? Because my account has been hacked. I resort to googling my name and facebook account to try to copy a link from google. It’s not showing up in the search..because it’s disabled. I asked for my case to be escalated. Got told there is no escalation path..and then an automated message that the chat was over and the ticket closed. The virtual version of getting hung up on. Personal insta hacked, causing this automated AI system to flag my phone number and disable my personal facebook, which of course kills my business page with it. I’m not sure what else I can do at this point. Is there anyone that has actually gotten anywhere in their experience with meta support? Logically it should be as simple as getting my phone number removed from the naughty list. I can’t even get elevated to the point of a review of that. I can’t create another page because my number will get flagged again and the account will get disabled. I truly think the right security or operations person at meta would at least be interested that this AI or automated dragnet is killing policy abiding users in droves. Don’t they want to fix these issues? How long can you run a company where AI is deleting chunks of your user base every day? How long can you charge users for enhanced support that can only get on the phone in the evenings in the US because they’re on the other side of the world? Or better yet, where the enhanced support replies are in broken English, with misspellings? It was like texting my 8 year old daughter for support. As much as this pisses me off, I’m actually kind of intrigued by this massive failure of support at scale and imagine it’ll be a decent case study for future social media companies. I mean look at the amount of people that are on insta or facebook bitching about this same thing? I’ve parsed out the mechanics for why my accounts are getting torched. Let me explain: When I first discovered the saved loadouts last season, I made all of my favorite skins into loadouts, but for whatever reason, when I tried to randomize them, tI was put into the match on whatever loadout I was one with the randomizer. Today, I figured that the set names for the cosmetics, emotes, wraps, and banners have to match for it to work, so I go through every single loadouts and make the sets match each other, but that didn’t work. What am I doing wrong?
