I am talking about my friend who didn’t get to finish her contract and her company made her pay twice of her salary (around 6k) when she decided to resign, not to mention her passport is with them. She worked for only one year with them. Will not mention the company name but it is in Dubai. I know you’re not suppose to pay but this happened just a month ago so I am not sure as well why they did that to her and its a big company from what I know sooo 🤷🏻♀️ Another one, my husband’s senior (with more than 20 years of experience) at his work was hired few months after him. Best renters in the world. Two of them. Had a frozen then burst pipe, and renter A contacted me immediately, then went and turned off the water main instantly. I came by and stopped the leak within the hour, but he will have to wait a day or 2 before he can use the dishwasher again. The rest of the unit is good to go. Renter B... Last year I drive by the house and notice that the siding needs washed. "Damn... I need to get that done." 2 weeks later I drive by and the whole house sparkles. He washed the siding on his own. These two dudes each got a free months rent. I don't F around with repairs, and they don't F around with taking action when needed. There is a reason their rent is 20% below market.

I’m a 19 m who didn’t go to college just got back from a 3 month trip from LA. I have 1 maybe 2 friends atm in my hometown. My parents work all day so I am basically alone all day. I don’t have a job no gf. I’m mainly just on the internet or play soulsborne games I rlly hope this doesn’t make me sound like a loser. It’s just the loneliness is really starting to get to me. My nana bought this iBuyPower gaming PC for me about 3-4 years ago for school. Around 800 big bucks, today I wanted to upgrade the ram on it, so I bought Corsair vengeance LPX ddr4 2x8 GB to replace this Neo Forza 8gb ram that came with the pre built. I shut off my pc, Took off the glass, and took out the old and put in the new. I turn it on and now I get no display and some lights with BOOT and VGA start blinking red, so I did some digging and thought it might be something with the CMOS so I clear it and find a ASRock B550M-C is my motherboard and take out the MSI GeoForce GTX gpu to access this thing, I unplug it wait 10 mins, plug it back in, I put back in the gpu. Now when I turn it on still no display no more red lights, Great? NO, now when I turn it on all the fans not connected to the gpu or cpu stuff like that start somewhat fast and the GPU FANS DONT TURN ON, after a few seconds it slows down those that were fast to sacrifice their speed for the gpu, but now I have a fan that is super slow barley keeping up before it stops moving. Im not wizz with this stuff, im just a guy who wants to doo school and play games again, Im thinking power supply needs more, but again, Im not a genius, so can any of you wonderfull people can please help me.

Went into the attic and saw the fascia was black tonight (picture 2). I then went to look at our home inspection report from April. Picture 1 was take but the attic had no issues.
They look about the same still.
Is this an issue? Did our inspector just fail to mention this?

Most guides I look up take the poly res and loop it back into rubber and back to plastic. I would like to use poly res for fabric because why not.
I have 1200 oil and i plan to do a fifty fifty split between rubber and plastic. Could i just loop both outputs into the input of the other, set the overflows to storage/other builds, and call it a day?
Is that poly res rubber unnecessary?

I was trying to create conditional notifications in google sheets. There are few ways 1. Apps script - I didn't want to use this. 2. Edit notifications - This is generic and doesn't trigger based on specific value. Meaning any edit will trigger a notification. 3. Conditional notifications (from google) is available only to certain work or school accounts.
So I made a chrome extension to create conditional notifications. Thought I will share if anyone else finds it useful.
