I've been fortunate enough to have my i7 6700k rig hang on for dear life up to this point. It did great with a 1080 and I bought a 3060 ti a few years back and sold the 1080. My plan is to buy a 5070 this spring if possible and use my 3060 TI for the time being. Obviously this PC chip is overkill for a 3060ti for 2-3 months but a 8 yr old PC is a concern to me.
Any advice on this build? Trying to keep it around $1,200 but have some wiggle room if its a major upgrade. I wanted to spend most on the PC, mobo/ram and get a decent PSU. Case/RGB/Cooling is no big deal as long as the temps are decent.

I think this is occipital neuralgia…
Very tight on my lower back skull area, tight traps, and shoulder muscles … tops of my shoulders have decent size knots. It’s just this awful dull tight ache on the lower back of my head. Sometimes I get headaches but I wouldn’t say it’s constant.. thankfully. Often it’s the front of my forehead, or behind my eyes.
I can’t shake it. I’ve had 2 massages, 3 chiropractor appointments (where they couldn’t crack my neck to the side like they always have been able), and cranial sacral…
My last chiro appointment was helpful, and they were able to “uncrunch” my spine some but alas the tightness returned in my lower skull.
I really don’t know what position to sleep in to combat this- would appreciate any and all tips.
I’m a SAHM of twins and a toddler so the caregiving aspect of my life makes this extra difficult to combat, I feel like I’m always crunched up doing something
My primary said I don’t need an MRI unless I have numbness/weakness/tingling/shooting pain up and down my arm … I had experienced that mildly at one point but it went away after a massage. And it does reoccur unless maybe a pressure point is being pressed.
Triggepressure point therapy helpful?
I’m miserable and cranky. In my current moment, I also have the front headache and I could just burst. So any advice you have I’m all ears

Has anyone had the same experience with a prof,
I am in a gender and religion online class, I transferred into the class on the night of 14th. There was a week one module due the first week of class with a comment paper worth 7% I believe.
I was not present for the due date as I was not even enrolled yet, all classes I have been in did not assign assignments first week due to this specific reason as students move classes until week two.
After I email the prof I was told that the syllabus has been on the religious studies website since the beginning of the term and it is my fault, and that time management is an a important part of this course and if it does not work for me then this course is not for me? Like what? I wasn’t even registered in the course till week two…
I guess it is my fault but if I’m not registered in a class how am I expected to complete that given assignment and hand it in if I do have access to it on avenue.
I’m wondering if you guys that transferred into classes during the second week were able to complete substitute assignments due to late registration. I’m gonna just accept it but thought it was pretty odd as I’ve never had this happen in other classes I’ve registered late into.

Just like title says. My brother and myself own a home in North York, that I live in with my family and he wants to come off title. We have a $300k mortgage.
He originally came on title to help me so I could qualify for mortgage. He's pretty well off and doesn't want any money. Just wants to come off title.
My question is well there be tax implications (federal/provincial) or is this a pretty straight forward thing to settle? The mortgage is up for renewal and I can now qualify on my own.

I'll be updating the look of my organization's website which is being hosted by GoDaddy. I noticed that the root folder is named "httpdocs" and this folder contains the website's files. I have another folder which i called "testing" which contains the newer website template I've been working on. My question is this: can I just rename the "httpdocs" to "httpdocsOLD" then rename my "testing" folder to "httpdocs"? Will doing this cause any issues?
