I’ve come to the conclusion that I will never be pleased/satisfied sexually. Sex always only last about 20/30 seconds before he cums.  | I had a bad fall that resulted in my eyebrow getting injured and cut open. This was back in mid-December, making a little over the one month mark. I went to the ER and doctor put 6 stitches. But he really didn't give me much advice or suggestions for the scar or eyebrow hairs. I did reach out to a couple plastic surgeons, but they advised to not have a scar revision as it it would damage the surrounding eyebrow hairs Would appreciate all advice or suggestions to minimize/reduce the scar and promote eyebrow hair growth 🙏 Or any procedures/brands that helped tremendously with scars and hair growth please. I see a lot of rescinded usajobs offers and fear from probationary FTE's, and unfortunately it's going to extend well beyond probationary periods.
'Section F' is the order to transform federal employment into a more "at will" occupancy and will be utilized extensively.
The focus right now is halting most current offers that were not exceptioned, rounding up a list of probationaries, and then going after anyone either underperforming or influencing DEI in the workplace. This extends beyond just roles associated with DEI, but additionally requests to report "DEI influencers" as well (heard warnings to scrub any internal tools like teams details or outlook signatures and external social accounts of things lie pronouns, gender related details, etc to avoid being at risk). Additionally, remote and telework roles are also being heavily targeted.
With the EO on the development of AI like STARGATE, it's pretty clear the direction they are going with this: eliminate significant amount of federal workforce and supplement much of the processes handled with AI driven solutions.
While seeing the USAJOBS rescinds are disheartening, it is very likely that had you made it past all the frozen offers, it would have only lasted briefly as this sweep plays out in the coming weeks and months.
