My pitbull has always been fixated about food, to the point where she will lick the floor clean for every grain of rice or crumb.
In total I've got 3 dogs and since she's the eldest ( 4 years old ) and she somewhat bosses the other 2 dogs; I always serve her food first ( pecking order ) and all 3 dogs eat in separate spots where they can't see each other.
Recently things have gotten out of hand; she will eat her feces first thing in the morning and regurgitate her dinner late at night ( while I "was" sleeping ) and eat that too.
Now the risky part is that whenever I try to intervene and recall her or tell her "stop" or "no" she growls at me.
She growls me in a way that the other dogs come running to the rescue ( me ) since they speak the same language and understand danger / threat.
Once before when she growled at me; one of my dogs jumped over the barrier and attacked her - it was a bloody mess when it was over and there was no way on earth you could intervene or stop them - the best I could do was to hose them down with water but it did nothing to stop them.
The point is that her growling at me makes the other dogs sense danger.
I'm also scared on my part; she's very well built and probably the strongest of them all. If she were to attack me, it's going to be really ugly for the 4 of us.
Do they get enough food ? Absolutely yes - 2 meals each day consisting of 2 types of diced fresh veggies, a little plain rice and protein ( fish, meat, eggs ) plus snacks every evening and sometimes late at night ( usually fruit or veggies ).
So yea, I'm scared of my dog and don't know what to do.
Suggestions ?

I'm 36m and have been diagnosed with primary aldosteroneism.
Endo wants me to start spironolactone but advised it can affect androgen receptors which I am concerned will affect my ability to gain muscle.
I have been lifting for about 8 yrs and been making good gains in the last 3 years.
My question is, does anyone here lift on spironolactone, if so, did you start spironolactone after already lifting and notice any major differences in strength gain/muscle building ?
