Hi, looking for some advice. I’m 46 still cycling regular (but heavier). I’m on what I would consider a new health and happiness journey. I’ve cut wayyyy back on alcohol, have been eating better and working out and taking better care of my skin. My main problems are 1) being overweight and 2) my mood before my period. Despite trying hard, I still have a belly and I think it has gotten worse in the past few years. I also have been lucky to always have good mental health, but in the last 6 months or so the week before my period I will get really really down on myself. Thinking I’m a failure at work and home, etc. it’s bad- It is not like me. I talked to a MIDI nurse today and she recommended estrogen low dose patch, progesterone oral. She also said once I am ok on the hormones we can add in a GLP-1. My questions are-do you think this will help my mood and potentially kick start my weigh loss? I don’t have night sweats (I did when I was drinking wine but since I stopped the sweats have stopped), and I don’t have any other symptoms of peri that are bothering me yet. I’m just wondering if starting this plan is a good idea. Thanks in advance for the tips!

Our board placed a large trash on HOA property, mere feet from my property. The trash can is used as a dog poop receptacle. It has not been emptied on a regular basis despite complaints to the board and property manager. We have a ton of dog walkers in our community and dog walkers from adjoining communities as well. The poop bags are overflowing the can and scattered all around the ground all year long. My children play in our yard and I’ve seen flies and it smells. This is making me so angry! What can I possibly do to remedy this situation?

Mailed out a priority package early this month (January) that was meant to be delivered on the 9th. It's been stuck on 'Awaiting Delivery' for weeks now.
Tried to go online to report missing mail and ask for a search and it wouldn't let me log in. Said that my account was disabled. I was never notified of that or any issues. Any attempts to make a report resulted in errors. First it wouldn't accept my email, then when I filled out a long series of forms it errored out on that, too.
When the package was meant to be picked up from my house we had bad weather. USPS kept reporting that they attempted to pick up the package but it wasn't there. This was a lie; the untouched snow outside showed that no one even came to the door for two straight days. They finally picked it up on the third day. I don't know if this is why my account could've been disabled. Could it be because I go through PirateShip to mail the packages? I only ever mail to one address and have never been notified of this being an issue.
This is ridiculous and I don't know what to do about it.
