I have an application that allows influencers to create AI chatbot cones of themselves for their audience to interact with and learn from 24/7.
Our first client, AI Guy, recently launched his application and made thousands from his first video, and we're hoping to piggyback on his success and approach even more influencers with a similar offer.
We were planning on reaching out to new influencers via mass cold email but long story short we have to re-warm up our email accounts because of a technical difficulty, which will take weeks to do. Do you guys have any other advice on the best way to reach influencers until thats working? I thought about paid ads, but I don't know what platforms would allow you to be that specific with your targetting, and cold DMs requires verification which we are waiting on.

I recently had an abdominal ultrasound as part of a surgery clearance. I am overweight and the surgery is actually bariatric (gastric sleeve). I’ve struggled with my weight on and off my whole life and have PCOS and hypothyroidism, which makes it even more difficult to lose weight. During the ultrasound they found 2 lesions on my liver and are recommending a follow up MRI for monitoring purposes. How concerned should I be about this? I’m kind of freaking out and going down a rabbit hole. I’m a 39 year old woman. Ultrasound records included. Could this just be fatty liver? My mind goes directly to cancer.
LIVER: Increased in size measuring 20.6 cm. Increased echotexture. Questionable hypoechoic density within the lateral segment of the left lobe measuring 1.2 x 0.8 x 1.5 cm. There is a second lesion with similar echotexture, measuring 1.2 x 1.0 x 1.1 cm. Findings could potentially represent focal fatty sparing The main portal vein is patent with appropriate direction of flow on color Doppler. GALLBLADDER: Normal. No gallstones, sludge, or pericholecystic fluid. No wall thickening. No sonographic Murphy sign. BILE DUCTS: No intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct dilation. Extrahepatic bile duct diameter where visualized: 3 mm PANCREAS: Visualized portions are unremarkable. Portions of the head and tail are obscured by bowel gas.
KIDNEYS: Normal echogenicity. No hydronephrosis. Right kidney length: 13.8 x 4.9 x 7.6 cm Left kidney length: 13.8 x 6.3 x 8.1 cm SPLEEN: Normal size. Length: 10.6 cm AORTA: Visualized portions are normal in caliber. INFERIOR VENA CAVA: Proximal portion is normal in caliber. ASCITES: No upper abdominal ascites. IMPRESSION: 1. Hepatomegaly, increased echotexture consistent with steatosis, and 2 small benign-appearing lesions within the left lobe. If further characterization is required, MRI abdomen should be performed.

There are a couple items that aren't being restocked because their end of life products. The manufacturer doesnt make them anymore.
Apparently mods have are set to expire in March, but I suspect the new/updated versions to be released and stocked by then. These items are listed as OOS in store, and online, but inventory still showing 1 available.
The items are physically located in the store, but still, nobody is buying them. It's been weeks. Front end said since the end of the fiscal year is next week, there won't be any mark downs until March. New inventory will have arrived by then.
Anyone else experience anything similar?

Yes, it has its moments, but overall, I think it's negative and is irresponsible if you're not financially or emotionally capable of taking care of 8 children. It's easy to be forgotten in a large family. Especially the younger children. You would think, having so many people in the house, that someone would notice if a kid slipped out of the front door. Nope.
My mom told me a story about how I got out the front door at 2 years old and was walking around in my diaper trying to find my older siblings who had gone to the park. She told this in a joking manner, which was extremely confusing. To me, that displays neglect. My younger brother also almost died after falling asleep in my dad's car in the middle of the summer. No one was keeping an eye on us because they assumed someone else was probably doing it.
My parents were not financially capable of handling eight children. Five of us slept on a twin bed, and we often went without eating, while our mom had snacks hidden in her room. Say we got two boxes of cereal. All eight kids would share a box of cereal, and an entire box went to my mom. There was always this separation.
Majority of the time, the raising of the younger children is shoved off onto an older sibling who really had no idea what they're doing. A huge portion of my childhood was spent tagging along with my sister everywhere she went. (Places I should have never been.) And thus I wasn't really raised with any sort of values or morals. I just... grew up. And now I'm a very naive adult who has no idea how the world really works. Constantly stumbling into pitfalls and being taken advantage of.
The big issue that we're facing now is that my mom and dad are completely burnt out. Growing up, my older siblings would often face financial issues and seek refuge back home. And, of course, my mom welcomed them. But over time, I guess it got tiresome after they continued to move out and move back in. "And now that everyone is an adult, the younger adults are going through similar issues. We moved out on our own, and now a couple of us are having issues with stability.
My older siblings were able to have this safety net that the younger siblings no longer have, because my mom is tired of being a mom. I'm currently going through financial struggles and confided in my mother. She told me that I would be welcome to come back, but come January, she decided to move out of our family home, which we've had for almost 15 years, and get a townhouse. That says everything I need to know.
To some degree, I feel bad for her because I understand that she just wants freedom. But at the same time, I feel I'm at a loss. A loss I've felt time and time again. Having children is a lifelong decision that people should really, really, really think through. Especially if you choose to have 8 of them.
