i dont know if this is the right community to post this in or not, i cant post in advice so this was my next best bet. very sorry if this is written poorly, im a mess right now, and im not in my right mind.
i am 16 years old, turning 17 soon, female. i dont really know how to start this, but please just listen. my life has really been going downhill since i was 11. i was suicidal, still am, and it only seems to be getting worse. i dont have the guts to do anything, but the feeling of wanting to die grows stronger with every minor inconvenience i have. thats not what this post is about, but it correlates with everything im planning on saying. recently, my online friend who i loved so dearly passed away. words cannot even fathom to explain how much i miss him. my cat that i've had since i was 11 is gone, since she was mainly an outside cat (due to my moms rules). and i just feel like both of these things are my fault. before my friend passed away, i had left him on seen for a week because i felt like he didnt wanna talk to me, being that he was being really dry. once his sister told me what happened, i was heartbroken and immediately took all of the blame for it. with my cat, i feel like she thinks i replaced her. if i had known that last day i saw her was going to be the last time forever, i would've let her into my house that day regardless of what my mom would say. every night the guilt hits me stronger and harder, and i cant get rid of it ever. which brings me to what i want to say next;
i feel extremely guilty all the time. when i eat, buy stuff, speak, reschedule appointments, literally anything. i can never get rid of these overwhelming feelings of guilt, and they cause so much stress making me feel completely hopeless.
another thing i struggle with is OCD and intrusive thoughts. i HATE them. so much. they ruin my life, and i cant even escape them in my dreams. i dont really wanna say what my intrusive thoughts consist of because they make me very uncomfortable, but theyre pretty bad. its so frustrating hearing my brain say these disgusting things that i KNOW i would never do or feel.
something else i struggle with is confidence. i dont think im ugly, but all the stress ive had is affecting me physically too. i also have a retracted chin, so that doesn't really help with my confidence at all (hopefully getting surgery before 17 though)
i just feel so helpless, so lost and so, so lonely. i have no one, not even family. my mom (who is terrible to me usually) said she's noticed i've seemed down lately and that a therapist would help, but i just dont feel comfortable sharing details like that to someone random. i only do it here because it's anonymous.
i just want to get better but i dont know where to start, im so overwhelmed with everything and i just want to curl up in my bed and sleep all day. i have no motivation and no reason to keep going, i've lost every good thing i have ever had in my life. i want to be okay, i want to love myself and find my light in life, but i feel like i never will. if you made it this far, thank you so much for listening, it felt good to get everything off of my chest. any advice or even just comfort would help me greatly.

There wasn't a clear indication of a time skip other than what Milchick claimed... if "Cold Harbor" needs completion ASAP, I doubt it's really been five months.

Question ko po is magfafile pa rin po ba ng 2551Q kahit nagopt naman po ako for 8% IT rate upon registration? Nagupdate din po ako via ORUS last year (02/02/2024) ng information at sinelect yung 8% IT rate. At sa 1701Q ko po na lagi finafile on time, sineselect ko po yung 8% IT rate. Ngayon ko lang po kasi nalaman na merong ganun kasi wala po siya sa COR ko, 0605 1701A at 1701Q lang po ang nasa COR wala pong nakaindicate na 2551Q.
I need your advice po please.

Hi: I've recorded and mixed quite a few of my own songs but I've been using automation and event fx to change how I process my verses, chorus, mid 8's, ect. to add energy, saturation, different fx or Eq in different sections of my songs. It works but automation can be time consuming. I don't mind automating faders for different sections of a song but when your creating lot's of automation it get's tedious.
I'm wondering: is it much easier to break a song up into separate tracks and process them this way ? Example: if I have a vocal take that I comped together or even laid down in one full take, would I just split/splice it up into separate tracks ? Verse on one track, Chorus on another track and then process the tracks this way hoping my crossfades are good enough to eliminate artifacts or popping when i bounce them or mix them down ? Or is better to just record a song in sections from the start on separate tracks ? Record all Verse sections on one track and then Chorus sections or mid 8's on another track either comping or punching in.
