I really don't think I'm attractive at all, I feel unlovable often as a result, I dont really care for sex all that much I'm much more interested in finding someone to settle down with but I don't see anyone choosing that with me on the account I just look weird
I really give a shite about how others look only me of which I harshly judge myself from
I've started going to the gym about 3 weeks ago, I'm not gonna give up ir anything but it makes me feel worse
What do I do, I'm so tired

I have a Toyota Corolla Xli 2010 model ( 1300cc ) . Yeah the car's old but for a toyota it gave about 14-15 average on GT road driving at approx + 90km//h . Is that normal? Or do i need to get it checked? Cause naturally it gives about 17-18 average on Islamabad expressway.
If that's a low average what measures can I take to fix it

Hey everyone, so im completely lost.
I recently bought a sodastream machine from FB Marketplace and it came with a canister that had just a little bit of C02 in it.
It just ran out and and i grabbed at canister from a Freshco today. The price said $20 plus another $20 for Core Charge or something like that. So total $40.
I have the finished canister, where can I go to get a new one and return the old one so i can jjst pay $20. I tried Walmart but the one near me sakd they dont do it.
Any help?

Hey everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I am running in circles Googling this concern. I recently got an email from HR stating that I am a highly compensated employee and that I am eligible for a deferred compensation plan. After researching the plan I decided it was more risk than I was comfortable with at my age simply because if the company went bankrupt, I would be liable to creditors and lose the money I contributed. So I figured I'd just stick to my 401k... Well first couple pay checks this year come in and I noticed no money was being deducted for my 401k. I go on fidelity to check my contributions and it says it is not available... So I call HR and ask about it and as a "HCE" I am no longer eligible for a 401k. I guess can someone explain to me if this is right? Can my employer completely take that benefit away from me? For reference, I am not an owner, I do not hold a position that has any ownership of the company. I am 32 years old and made $175,000 last year. My compensation is also very volatile... My base salary is $75,000 and the rest is bonus based off of 10% of cash flow I bring in. In 2023 I made $122,000 and 2022 only 86,000.
If this is the case, what are my options... Googling it, I'm seeing if you make over $155,000 you cant do IRAs either... Just back door IRAs?...
Thanks for any input or help. Although retirement is far away this is stressing me out.

2025.01.24 05:11 Sporn_Quid Komplete Audio and splitting(??) Input 1/2
So right now I have an XLR connecting IN1 to a microphone and a regular 1/4" jack connecting IN2 to an electric guitar. My problem is that I have an Equalizer APO configuration to add some gain and make the mic sound a little nicer, however it also applies to the guitar because it uses device "Input 1/2 - Komplete Audio 6 MK2". What would be the best way to have it only apply to the microphone?

I dunno this sounds immature but I’ve always just wanted to be friends with Schaff, nothing else really. “I want to name my kid [ insert name ], but then call him [ insert different shorted name ]”?
(example, the name Richard but goes by Dick - I can’t think of a better example)
In part I bring this up because I love my girls name & then people will be like “ oh do you call her “__”, and I’m like… “no. I call her by her name”.
