 | Let me preface this by saying these screenshots span from sometime in December up until just a few days ago. Here are some things I did (and still do) after passing 1B. You have to lower your standards for ROI at this point. Focus on quantity, not quality. There will be times where you need to settle for 100k profit on a 100m item. Don't let that deter you, just do it again. Armor sets are still good even beyond max cash. Inquisitor can be a little rocky just because of volume but ancestral and masori are almost always good. Imbued hearts can be juicy sometimes but saturated hearts are typically not a good flip. However, you can sometimes find profit by saturating a heart, just make sure you calculate first. Elder mauls, Kodai wands, Tonalztics, and anything else right around 100m seems to be a sweet spot. I think 50, 100, 150 all feel kind of natural to players so items tend to hover at those price points. Higher value stuff like inq mace, torva and ultor can be solid too but the price fluctuates a lot more. I try to avoid downtrends on these items. does anyone else have “surges” of quick anxiety that happen hundreds of times a day about your dpdr? i will get these random surges of “icky” uncomfortable, dreadful feelings basically every minute. i wish i had a better way to describe it but it feels like i will be minding my day, and i’ll think to myself a random thought like “oh i’m feeling a bit better” instantly “but what if life isn’t real, what if you never get better?” then instant feeling of despair washes over me, almost like a slight wave of nausea mixed with panic mixed with dread. and then it goes away until another minute goes by and then it happens again and the cycle continues the entire day over and over. it makes me want to cry or rip my skin off it’s so f*****g uncomfortable and i can’t take it.

My dog is super attached to me. I bottle fed this dog when he was 2 weeks old, and he is now a year old. I work part time and I am in University at the same time. It is not feasible for me to be able to stay by his side 24/7. He’s a very well trained dog… When I am with him. Offleash heel is great, manners are great in public, etc. About 2 weeks ago problems started happening with him and his crate. I didn’t move places, didn’t move the crate, nothing has changed. Although, he figured out how to open the crate from the inside and would destroy my room. So after a couple of days of picking up crap that is destroyed in my room I decided without much though to buy a bike lock for the crate. This has worked until recently. I got home and his face is all cut up the crate is completely dismantled. ( He literally broke the welds on the crate and got out ). Room completely destroyed again.
Here’s what I have tried in the last couple of days:
Leaving him alone and coming back gradually increasing time. ( No effect: If I leave for more than 5 minutes stuff is destroyed )
I have tried positively reinforcing the crate, which I know takes more time but he really already doesn’t mind the crate… Its where he eats, sleeps, and gets his water from. When I’m home he’s normally in the crate anyways…
I have tried walking him at 3am before I leave for work at 5 to tire him out: didn’t work, and waking up at 3am is brutal.
I turned on the TV for some background noise as-well, this didn’t help either.
I don’t know what has changed in him or with me in the last couple of weeks, but I need this to stop so I don’t have to clean up every single day and so he doesn’t hurt himself. I think he may have separation anxiety but I don’t know for sure. I don’t know what to do at all, but this has got to stop. if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i would like to share something that’s helped me and maybe it could help someone else!
there have been a few times when i’m feeling n* while trying to fall asleep that i’ve found a way to curb it, calm down and eventually fall asleep. always helps to have a fan blowing on me to calm and cool my body but the real trick is this “keyboard fidget keychain” where it’s one little button that clicks. i usually count with it as i’m clicking it, 1 2 3..1 2 3 and it lulls me into a sleep. it’s help me avoid using medications and i really appreciate that little thing.
