Please help
So I just reskilled my V and I wanted to get some good smart weapons, and the only smart handgun obtainable before Phantom Liberty story is the one in the Arasaka estate.
But when I go there, the whole residence is empty, theres no guards, only the gardener NPC walks around and the builng itself is not enterable, no doors can be opened, and overall it just looks barren as a wasteland. The area doesnt even show as hostile under the minimap!?
Ive been here before, while I was just hanging around the map I decided to visit here, everything seemed in order, guarda were up, I entered the building in stealth, looted what I found and left. Didnt loot the weapon tho :-[ I didnt even know its there. Anyway
Why is it unavailable now? Is it because of the story? I am currently just before meeting Hanako, the PONR in the story, so thats why Im side questing, running around, gettinf weapons...
Any ideas? And if its locked because of main story, is there any other place to get that iconic smart handgun?

I am playing on the latest version of bluestacks, and trying to play Harry potter magic awakened. However, while everything else works fairly smoothly, there are zero character models appearing-neither my own nor npc.
I am on the latest version of bluestacks as of 1/23/2025 v 5.21.656.1001 P64 , on windows 10. I have tried every combination i could think of, changed every performance setting , tried different phone emulations, memory allocations, graphics renderers-nothing fixes it. This is unfortunate because the game otherwise runs a bit smoother than the pc version itself, and i have no idea how to bring the character models back.

The show is about hooking up and dating around in college, not meeting your spouse ASAP and settling down. These arcs last for such a realistic length of time (especially with only 10 episodes per season!). The length of the relationships is clearly deliberate, because a lot of dating at that age is learning a lesson on what you DON’T want in a partner and moving tf on to the next person.
