There's something I'm sure has some well known answers and ideas but that I know nothing about.
Specifically, my thinking is this. Let's say you're designing a video game/biological simulation and have want to have the little agents involved to have realistic behaviors. I take it this is a normal circumstance to give them NN as "brains".
Already just in playing around, it's interesting to see how you can get an abstract analogue of language (let them exchange random streams of initially meaningless data, and, so long as they would benefit by communicating, it will quickly take on meaning). Or memory (take a feedforward NN. Have a bank of output nodes which are such that they will be used as input nodes next time the NN is called). Even the concept of the self, or synthesizing different parts of the environment and learning they're associated with each other (e.g. if you give them a seperate auditory and visual field). Input nodes are like afferent nerves, output nodes are like efferent nerves, etc.
In philosophy we talk about "folk psychology". It's that psychology we all do everyday, whenever we reason about other peoples mental states. What they know, believe, want, intend etc.
My question is this: I'd love if someone could tell me a collection of NN analogues for folk psychological concepts. There must be an inventory of standard tricks (I bet someone will tell me what I'm calling "memory" has a defined name) like the things I've described here?

Sure enough, today I got to run my Wrangler battery from a full charge to 0% and the CEL came on the next time I turned it on (while out on errands).
Even though they said they drove it to test it for the second part of the recall, it was in FORM. After talking to a few here, I determined that they didn’t, because it doesn’t use the electric battery in FORM.
This was just a guess, but this was the first drive after FORM cleared and the CEL came on.
Does anyone have any statistics on the amount of battery replacements have been tripped vs recalled applied?

Hello, m(22), for some background i was layed off in November at the only job i ever liked and havent found a job since, 270 lbs, and some leg problems that cause me to limp. While i was working at my job, i was having some depression issues, but im very stubborn about talking about it with people i know, but it only spiraled out of control after getting layed off, even before the lay off i had a problem with not having drive to do anything, in my mind i want to read books, go work out, do stuff with the few friends i have, stuff like that but it just ends up never happening, idk if i feel like i have no time for anything or what.
But now that im out of work i have all this free time, and no money, today i literally woke up at 8am, did laundry, took a nap, and played some resident evil village.I wanted to do more but my legs were so from my last physical therapy session the day before. I just dont know the best course of action right now. I have no money to spend for therapy, working on fixing my limp and getting my weight down hopefully by forcing myself to go to the gym, but i feel that will not last long.
I just wanted to see what answers yall may give me. I do plan on once i get a job again to start therapy and college to maybe fill some more time in my day and keep me occupied. Thank you for reading me ramble and sorry for terrible writing.

Sometimes, I wish I were straight, just like my siblings. I feel like if I were straight like them, someone in this household might like me more or even consider me one of their favorites. Kaya damang-dama ko si Bobby, kasi gaya n'ya, walang may favorite sa'kin. (pero I’m thankful pa rin kasi pinakain, binihisan, at pinag-aaral nila ako)
It seems like the only reason I feel even a little accepted in this family is because I excel in school. I don’t know, it feels like that’s the only thing they notice about me. Maybe if I weren’t good at school, my being queer would become a bigger issue.
Growing up, for me to have nice shoes or clothes, I had to wait for my brothers to get new ones so I could have their hand-me-downs. I also couldn’t rely on my older siblings when I was struggling with assignments or projects because I was too afraid to ask for help. The fear of being dismissed or judged was always there.
I even remember crying back when I was in kindergarten. I was bullied physically because I was feminine and weak. But I couldn’t tell my parents because I knew no one would believe me.
Now I’m in my 20s, and I still find myself hoping to receive the same love language and treatment that my siblings have. Alam mo ‘yung nakikita mo sila, sharing how their day went without hesitation? Or failing a class without the fear of being shouted at or hearing harsh words? Watching them ask freely for school expenses or seeing everyone proud of them?
Meanwhile, I’m still hesitant even to accept anything from them because I don’t know if I deserve it. If I do receive something randomly, my first thought is always how to reciprocate it in my own way. It’s like I can’t just accept things without feeling the need to earn them.
I know I’m not a perfect son or anything, but sometimes I can’t help but wonder would my life be easier if I were straight? ;)

 | Continuing my South Park binge, there is a lot of discussion about the best South Park seasons, people say the series peaked during seasons 4 and 5, 6 and even 7, but somehow in all of that, season 3 is never mentioned. It’s a criminally underrated season, (Or maybe it’s just i haven’t watched all the others). The thing about season 3 that sets it apart from 2 and 1 is that no episode is bad, and every single episode is just a banger. Season 2 and 1 had some bad apples but season 3 is just a perfect season all the way through, even Mr. Hankey’s Christmas Classics, an episode with no plot, has some banger christmas songs, and i wouldn’t call it bad. The tierlist is how i would compare the season to 2 and 1, and this is how i would rank every episode. (Barely, because they’re all perfect.)
