Hey. Sucks that I have to make this post, but my name is Seb, I run an art page across Instagram/tiktok/youtube with just over 2 million followers. I made a post a few weeks ago going into detail about how a company I was working with had refused to pay me the $3900 they owed, giving me wild excuses that made no sense, before disappearing entirely.
3 weeks have passed and still I have heard nothing from them. I’ve attempted repeat communication several times, threatened legal action, and still no reply. To me the next step is clear - I make a video for my page warning others to stay away at all costs, showing better alternatives to their product (of which there are many), and offer promotion to their competitors.
I want to make this video purely factual based on what has actually happened so that I do not run the risk of being sued for defamation. I believe their wrongdoing is very clear even just presenting the facts. My main worry now, though, is the community guidelines on the platforms I post on. I’d love some guidance if anyone here has done this kind of thing before, on how I can make it clear who this business is, and what they have done, without having my content removed for harassment/targeting individuals or groups, as I know even one of these violations can be devastating for a creator.
I need to get this message out there to warn other creators, as well as potential customers, to stay away. Any advice on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated.

I am a dual US/Canadian citizen with deep ties to my Ukrainian roots. I am very much an introvert, but I love helping others and volunteering. Currently I am trying focusing my volunteering on a Christian ministry to the homeless and the zoo in a neighboring city. I love camping and hiking and I have decided I really need to make a regular habit of camping on weekends I am off work. I am also currently kearning Ukrainian because I didn't learn it from my grandmother. Besides my family, my social life revolves around work colleagues, church and small group and the local Ukrainian cultural association. So besides this being a Christian dating Reddit where Christians want to meet other Christians, you should be cool with spending a lot of time around librarians and Ukrainians.
I was raised in a Christ centered home and have a good rekationship with my godly parents. I accepted Christ at a young age and always wanted to do the right thing. I did wander from Christianity at around 18 forvabout five years until I felt a call to return to Jesus as He is the only way. However, even in my wandering, I believed in God and wanted to follow Him, but I just wuestioned whether Christianity was the best way to God when in fact it is the only way. I read through my Bible yearly and was homeschooled under a Christian curriculum with Bible courses so I have a solid theological foundation. I attend church every other Sunday when I am off work. I usually attend my American church and an evangelical Ukrainian language church and then sometimes have a small group on Sunday so it's pretty packed with church all day. I honestly want to serve God with the takebts and passions He has given me, but I have been hurt abd frustrated by major denominational missions organizations that led me on and then just sidt of dropped me when my introverted personality couldn't raise a massive budget so I am kind of focused on serving through volunteering with local ministries and looking to visit Ukraine with guidance from my Ukrainian church and just do things kind of unofficial without a missions agency which kind of makes more sense as Ukraine isn't really foreign to me and felt like home although I was born and raised in the US.
I really don't want to put too many requirements on what I am looking for in a girl. I'm 37, never married. I have always wanted a committed marriage minded relstionship so I haven't really dated much either. I just want soneone who really understands me and loves me and just wants to "do life" together whatever that means for us. I like dry humor, but I really don't want a snarky, sarcastic or antagonistic relationship. I want someone who trusts me and we can completely let our guards down and we don't have to stick up for ourselves in our marriage. I want a best friend and companion. My leadership style is to discuss things and nake mutual decisions because I value her opinion and not because I am weak or couldn't decide by myself, but find her to be somekne insightful and useful rather than a burden I am responsible for. On a more practical note, I guess I am not really into tattoos or a bunch of piercings. I love animals. I have always wanted kids. It's ok if we can't have kids, but if you don't want kids then it probably wouldn't work out. If we can't have kids for some reason there is still adoption.
Not interested in anyone who has been divorced, single mother, etc. You may be a wonderful sister in Christ, but I think it is fair to want a woman who has never been married and has no kids like me.
I an reluctant to put a strict age, but I guess I am traditional in preferring a woman younger than me. I guess more than 10 years younger than me seems a little questionable so my preferred age range is 27-37.
If I wasn't open to a long range relationship then I probably wouldn't be here. However, I really don't want to relocate. I was born and raised in the Tidewater area of Virginia and feel a deep connection here. Eventually, when I retire, I hope to move to Ukraine nine months out of the year and spend Winter back in Virginia Beach. Live a simple life and do a lot of gardening and homestead sort of stuff. Nothing off grid, but focus on writing Christian apologetics articles, maintain a database and track trends in Christianity, while growing a good portion of my iwn produce and baking my own bread and volunteering and ministering. Librarians aren't usually wealthy, but we could supoort a family and have an enjoyable life. If you don't mind living in Virginia Beach and visiting Ukraine for a couple weeks each year to vacation and volunteer over the next 20 years or so and then move to Ukraine most of the year and spend winters in Virginia Beach then it may work out.

I remember buying this game for $10 at Toy Store back in 2002. That was a lot of money for a 10-year-old back then. I felt embarrassed because my older brother (unapproachable) could've burned it for me and the DC was a moribund embarrassment at the time, at least compared to Xbox with Halo as its launch title. The cashier girl, a little older than me, might've laughed at me for buying it. I think that had as much to do with the oddball rep of the DC as my nervousness while buying it. I don't know how much the game goes for today.
Revisiting it as an adult with the DC mods on Steam, yeah, the gameplay is as boring as detractors say. But the levels are INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL I mean, holy CRAP. I found myself idling around the levels, not "going fast" whatsoever just using the camera to pan everywhere. Just taking it all in. The colors are rich, deep, and bold. Blues bluer than any sky, an almost azure quality. I think about games now, even stuff like Nintendo (whose entire brand is masterful childlike wonder) and the games look so dull for the sake of harsh lighting and photorealism. But that also includes the dreadful-looking Sonic Frontiers and the Shadow followup. That's why I probably wouldn't buy something like the HotD 2 remake, it just doesn't look good visually. There's no "aesthetic."
Obviously SA1 had one of the best OSTs of any game or movie but no one was denying that. I've never played Sonic R, CD, or Rush which seem to be the more favored OSTs nowadays. But SA1 ties with SA2 OST IMO.
I'm fixed by Station Square in its day, night, and golden hour settings, Mystic Ruins, Knuckles's mountain, Twilight Park with the glowing ring arches on the racetrack, the jail cells in red Mountain with the boom bap, the "I Will Survive" level at dawn. I'm just somewhat in awe of how beautiful these levels are notwithstanding the boredom of actually playing them and the JPEG quality sky backdrops for some. Other games from this era that have the same aesthetic are Shenmue I & II, Virtual On Cyber Troopers, SoulCalibur, Skies of Arcadia, DoA 2, Crazy Taxi 1 & 2, PSO, maybe House of the Dead 2.
