Installed wireless surround. Power cable run is a bit tight after installing cord covers. Didn’t have enough slack to reach the outlet, but was able to make it work with the pictured adapter. While plugged in, and seemingly not too harsh a bend visually, it’s tight. Is it safe?

This kind of upbringing has seriously fucked up my mindset. I'm always so afraid of offending others. I'm always so afraid of being an inconvenience for even voicing my concerns. Heck I don't even know how to stand up for myself because I've been raised to be a fucking pushover. I cannot fucking think in the face of criticism.
When I get any kind of criticism, I cannot help beating myself up for bringing shame to myself and those around me. I'm scared to death of being judged.

“Do what your boss/parents tell you and don't question them no matter what.”
“Westerners are more brash, we Asians are should be more tactful.”—being totally unaware that this kind of mentality is the very reason why Asian people are seen as meek and submissive.
I know, I know: “Don't care what others think!” Easier said than done! When the mantra “don't rock the boat” has been drilled into your head from such an impressionable age, it's near fucking impossible to get rid of.

Can anyone here relate to this?
I have this absolute hatred of spending time alone. I don’t mean that I need someone with me 24/7, but say for example I’m alone for a few hours, or my partner goes away for a few days with work I feel so shit. Its a feeling I find hard to articulate and I’ve explored it a bit with my psychologist.
It’s almost a feeling of being completely invisible, vulnerable and just not wanted/needed. Its almost as if I need people around me all the time or I don’t exist, or matter. Its a very uncomfortable feeling and I know it’s not right or suitable as an adult to expect endless reassurance or company from people.
My mother has little tolerance for spending time alone and cannot deal with it. She was incredibly dependent on my Dad/her 3 children for endless company, and I remember this from a young age so the psychologist wonders if theres a link here.
Its a feeling of such deep loneliness. God I hate my brain.
