So I’ve been on 30mg dose 3x 10mg tablets a day and I started my treatment on 15th December
I’m expecting my 6 week check up appointment today (24th January) and my derm has cancelled the appointment because she’s unwell and I only have enough tablets to last me till tomorrow (25th January)
I have no idea when I’ll be able to get another appointment as soon as I can but is it safe and okay to stop taking the tablets for a few days/week or will it cause bad side effects to my skin?

Do any of you do social media marketing for your books?
It can be frustrating af in my opinion. I've clawed my way to <1k followers on TikTok, which was challenging because of the region locking, and I'd honestly rather write than promote. And with the ongoing hassle of the ban, who knows how long it'll be around?
Did you migrate to other platforms or didn't even bother with TT in the first place? For me, Threads is the most fruitful one currently. Are there specific formats you noticed do better than others? (I'll drive nails into my kneecaps before I deal with Reels.)
What did REALLY well for me was befriending influencers with a large reach in my genre and gifting them my books. Sometimes they'll talk about them and that spikes my sales for a little bit.
What has been your biggest success in this regard?

IM staying in Bankok for 1 night before flying to Koh Samui for a 1 month and plan to pick up some weed in Bankok before i take the internal flight to Samui, because i presume Bankok will have a broader selection than Samui. However, I dont smoke strong weed - i stayed in L.A for a few months and they had pretty sophisticated dispensaries (Med Men) that sold a wide selection from strong THC strains to CBD only strains. Im after 1:1 CBD/THC with the THC being lower than 5% (indica). Which dispensaries have a wider selection of weed, as i suspect most will be selling super strong stuff because thats what most people like. Ive heard 'Thai-weed' - locally grown i presume - would be something i should consider. Price not really an option i just want quality. thanks

I'm a freshman in college, and I failed my calculus subject. Actually, I was supposed to have a passing grade, but I wasn't able to pass a few activities because I overslept (Our calculus class starts at 7:00am-9:30am). The night before the due date, we were creating the script for our film in Sinesosyedad. There were days when we only got a few hours of sleep to finish that script. My body was really tired because I also had dance practices, and I still had to review a bit when I got home. My tiredness was a result of my inability to pass my calculus activities.
Now, I’m scared because it’s clear that I’m an irregular student. When I saw my grades, I cried a lot and even beat myself up. There are days when I can’t sleep because that grade is all I think about. I’m also scared to tell my friends because they might be disappointed. They are literally A+ students, and there’s even a dean’s lister among them.
I used to be an academic achiever. During my high school days, I would receive awards every term. Now, I feel like I’m a loser. I can feel the burnout, but I still want to keep moving forward. I just don’t know where and how to start again.
