I’m looking for some advice and opinions on a situation I’m dealing with regarding a warranty claim for my bike. I purchased a Superior Bikes, model SUP 979 XP, size L, in October 2024 from a shop in Portugal. After just one month of use, the RockShox suspension stopped functioning (it was about 30mm, even when fully pressurized. The good news is that it was replaced under warranty, which I believe was handled by RockShox themselves. Fast forward another two months (so three months total of use), and I noticed a crack in the frame, specifically in the seat stay. At this point, the bike had about 750 km on it. I’ve always ridden responsibly—no jumps, crashes, or reckless use—and transported the bike securely on my car roof. The shop where I bought the bike filed a warranty claim with Superior Bikes, but it was denied. They’re now appealing on my behalf, but I’m feeling pretty stuck and frustrated. A frame failure after such minimal use is highly unusual and disappointing. For context: The bike shows no signs of scratches or impacts that could suggest a crash or improper use. I’ve attached photos that clearly show the crack in the frame. What would you do in this situation? Have any of you experienced something similar with Superior Bikes or other brands? Is there anything more I can do to push for a resolution? So I’ve been thinking. At the climax of the film, Catwoman ventures to the Penguin’s to get Max for herself so that she could kill him before the Penguin does. But by going directly to the Penguin’s lair, wouldn’t she have assumed that the Penguin would be there and that some kind of confrontation would have had to occur for her to get to Max so that she could kill him? Had Batman not caught up to the Penguin first, was Catwoman planning on killing the Penguin herself (out of revenge for his earlier attempt on her life and so that she could kill Max herself, depriving him of the opportunity to do so)?

Hello everyone,
I just completed a PhD in Biophysics and I am currently looking for a job in industry. I've been sending a lot of applications but still did not get any interview, despite being a great fit for some of them.
Now, I don't know to what extent recruiters look at your social media even before calling you for an interview, but I am trying to think a bit forward. Alongside my, I would say, good career in science, I've always had the passion for music. Specifically, I am a metal (female) singer. I have recoreded a few albums with my bands, I actively post on YouTube where I have a decent amount of subscribers, and I work on Fiverr as a freelance singer. Since on Fiverr I also have good reviews from clients, I added the link to my Fiverr profile on my CV, because I thought it might show that I am serious in what I do.
If I were a recruiter, I would personally hire people with nice interests outside of their daily job, as I generally find them more interesting and motivated in life. However, I don't know if recuiters are seeing this passion I have as negative. Despite doing it semi-professionally, singing has always just been a side activity for me and it has never delayed my studies, as I've always completed all my degrees on time with full marks.
What do you think? I honestly don't want to close my channels only because of this, and I am sure there will be someone out there who'll find my personality interesting, but I also don't want to be jobless for too long.

Ender 3 V3 SE. Machine worked perfectly for the first few prints with Creality Print. I’ve run into problems now though after having the unit in storage for a few months. I’ve now tried updating Creality Print, Prussian Slicer and Orca Slicer. I perform the levelling and calibration before each print, using a new roll of Creality PLA.
