hello po!! I was wondering if kung hindi na ako eligible for BEE since nakapag tech check ako pero hindi kasama yung pre test. Another thing din, I'm trying to do the tech check again (in hopes of doing the pre test) but the sites are down. Is anyone experiencing this as well? I'm so worried kasi bukas na yung BEE ko huhu T__T

Hi!
I’ve just got questions about alcohol and it’s affect on blood sugar.
I am in “remission” without medication, diagnosed at 9.8 A12, now 5.2. 26/M
Whenever I drink alcohol I notice that my blood sugar drops low in the night. If I drink beer I spike then plummet, if I drink diet soda and spirits it just drops.
I eat a low carb diet. Should I eat a carb meal before going out drinking to balance it out?
I like to enjoy myself sometimes and not miss out on work events, holidays etc.
I know people will say just not drink alcohol but I’d like some knowledge on this please

I went on leave last week for the flu and it was fucking insane.. i was supposed to go back yesterday but i woke up still throwing up an extremly dizzy , my leave ended the 22 and i didnt reliaze you cant extend a leave after your supposed return date ,, once i found that out just this morning i filed a entire another leave to hopefully cover last night an tonight , are they gonna just auto decline it since i tried to extend the other one ? What can i do ? This flu doesnt wanna go away and ive been to the doctors a few times… im just hella worried as it says my return date was still eariler this week .. i didnt know this would last this long or my inital leave would of been 2 weeks rather then one …

It occurred to me that this is entirely possible, depending upon looks and the places one goes. For example, last year I interviewed for an office position at a factory that has around 60-70% Latino workers (IDK if undocumented or not because I didn't get the job). Had there been a raid, I likely would have gotten scooped up, since I am "ambiguous-looking”.
I keep reading where citizens are inadvertently detained. Don't they do ID checks? Fingerprinting? Do people get out in a matter of hours, or are they held for weeks?
What happens in these cases? What would YOU do?
(FWIW, my family has been citizens for centuries, but I always get the "Where are you really from" question.)
