It probably won't come as a surprise to anyone that cheaters are playing death match, I wonder what they'll do with them? I look at the accounts and see not only empty accounts, but also accounts with expensive skins, I wonder if they will be banned with a VAC ban? The funny thing is, if you watch them in observer mode, they miraculously stop moving, sometimes making sudden movements.

(M27) Nach ein paar harten finanziellen Jahren steh ich mittlerweile für meine persönlichen Verhältnisse sehr gut dar und hatte im letzten Jahr mit ETFs begonnen.
Aktuell bespare ich den MSCI World und den Amundi Global Information and Tech mit jeweils 200€ pro Monat. Den MSCI World will ich laufen lassen bis ich alt und grau bin währen der Information and Tech eher als mittelfristige Anlage (5-10 Jahre) gedacht ist als Anzahlung für ein Eigenheim. Gerne Meinungen dazu.
Jetzt ist es so das ich pro Monat mittlerweile fast 800-900€ sparen kann, den Überschuss hatte ich genutzt um meinen Notgroschen aufzubauen und würde jetzt anfangen über dieses Ziel hinausschießen.
Jetzt zur eigentlichen Frage, denkt ihr es ist sinnvoller meine Sparpläne zu erhöhen oder etwas mehr Cash zu halten um bei vermeintliche Börsen Dips die ETFs nachzukaufen ?

So I'm a 29M and had always identified as bisexual. I've only been in a romantic relationship with a female. I've had sexual encounters with men but never felt the urge to have an actual relationship.
For the most part, when I used to watch porn (I stopped recently) I would watch a specific kind of gay porn mainly involving straight men. Or if I watch straight porn I prefer the ones where you can see the guy as much the woman. So I guess I have a thing for straight men.
I would say I'm more sexually attracted to men but nothing more. I don't see myself dating a guy. Maybe because I've never tried it? I don't know.
When it comes to women, I usually admire them wholefully? If that makes sense. Like not just sexually but like their character and personality. I could picture a relationship with them as opposed to men.
With men, it's rare that I would admire someone past the sexual or looks part. I remember when I was 18 or 19 developing strong feeling towards a guy co-worker. I think I tend to develop the romantic attraction after developing that bond.
Finally, I really don't know when someone is attracted to me. And it's kinda frustrating since I don't know when someone is hitting on me or if they're just being nice. Like unless you told me, it doesn't really click.
So yeah, what do you think? Is this something I should be talking about with a therapist?

I yearn to hack through jungles hot, And ski on virgin snows, Find from whence the river runs, And whence the blizzard blows. I'll never drive off packs of wolves, Put polar bears to flight. Instead the closest that I get; "In eighty yards, bear right."
I drive along dull motorways, And other boring roads, Directing dreary people, As they ferry dreary loads. Although I may sound cool and calm, Inside I am bereft. I yearn for sights I'll never see, But simply say, "Turn left."
"Stay on this road for forty miles." I stifle weary sighs, As I utter boring phrases, And a fragment of me dies. I want to find lost cities, New fauna and new flora, But alas I'm just a sat-nav, And not a great explorer.
But then one day upon the road, Some mountains caught the light. Some quick adjustments to our course; "In twenty yards, turn right!" So now we roam on rugged trails, Where mighty eagles soar. I may be just a sat-nav, But I'm going to explore!

I will soon get my license in Georgia. When I start my business, I will not try to compete with current residential prices. I will let them know what it costs to hire a professional. If they can’t afford it, I will gladly inform them of the local discount surveyors.
What some of you charge is pathetic. I don’t know how you stay afloat while performing surveys to the required standards. I will not participate in the denigration of our profession.
Have you ever worked for someone like this? Have you ever been someone like this? Have you ever hired someone like this? Are you someone like this? I would love to hear about your opinion. As you can see, I am irritated. But if you feel you have a genuine defense of surveyors (and surveying companies) who do this, I am curious to hear your opinion.
I am genuinely considering starting a business league solely dedicated to investigating and documenting if some surveyors are following the law and properly conveying the work being done to the property owners.

It's funny that this is my second pair of headphones in a week, because I recently returned the same headphones under warranty, but they were from 2024 (smaller box with a travel pouch). They had a problem with the left speaker playing bass much louder and having some interference when music wasn't playing.
Now I'm listening to my new ones and I have the feeling that the left speaker is louder than the right one again.

How does apex fix it the 2 best skirmishers right now are Loba and Lifeline. Recon, who uses it lol. Actual skirmishers are super mid to use right now besides maybe what horizon? What good does care package insight do especially with relics.
