I have atrophic gastritis. Reason at the moment is unknown. I can’t find much on the internet that says environment/diet can cause it, however for a solid 2 years of my life between 15-17 I was drinking 1.5 litres of pepsi max daily, and then since 17 I’ve maintained still drinking shitloads of Pepsi max or sugar free drinks per week (probably 600ml - 2 litres per week).
Could this be the cause?

Hi, I'm a brazilian who's lived in the UK for the past 15 years. All my credit history is in the UK, I have a barclays UK account and been registered as a self employed for the most part.
Now I'm planning to move back to brazil for the foreseeable future. I'm aware that if I spend over 6 months (at one time) in a new country I should be classified as a tax resident of the new country. As far as I'm aware Brazil doesn't have a double tax treaty with the UK? I do have the option to come back to the UK before the 6 months expire if needed.
As for bank accounts, I have managed to open a Nubank acc online (using my CPF). Currently most of my work is done on freelance websites (fiveupwork) and for these I get paid in dollars on my UK bank account. Should I continue to get paid into my barclay UK account and only transfer expenses money into the nubank account? or is it best to transfer a lump sum into it? Does it matters? Has anyone had any similar experiences they could share which might help me avoid any unwanted surprises in the future?

Sooo… I accidentally deleted tiktok out of panic and thought I’d just redownload it since I was locked out of my account… problem is I live in the US (stupid I know 🤡) and I realized it RIGHT after what I had done.
Long story short, I sacrificed my few subscriptions (one being a vpn) and one being my Apple Music to change my location to Canada since I heard you don’t need a card for the store there.
I was trying to reach creator fund on my account and now don’t know if it’s worth it to keep posting.. because Canada also doesn’t have creator fund. I don’t know which country I can change it to..
Another important question: If I stop using vpn for a bit, will it detect my location or will the app still stay and keep working?
If the US doesn’t come back with the app on the apple App Store, it’s looking bad 😞 and they say it won’t be until the TT debate is settled in 80 something days.. or more.
Does anyone have suggestions for what I can do? Any other country?
